Option B is finally the chosen option.

I prefer the B Option mainly due to the cross-ventilation in the Main Sitting Room.

You can imagine your Master's Bedroom having that elegant terrace/balcony/sit out/veranda as you wish to call it.

The family lounge too have the option of its own terrace as well by the sides. Each flat has theirs equally. Ventilation is 100%.

Master's and Madam's room all has walk in closet. Beautifully designed with dressing tables and chair...

You can't get less from us.
We are keen to designing functional spaces with little land available.

I like Option B because you can provide more ventilation in the livingroom with extra windows. With the option A, the staircase will not let that happen. Just my opinion.

My brother, I hardly understood architectural drawings. It is only the pictures or the artist designs (3d design) that I understand. If I see the way the building looks, I will be able to make decision.

LOL. The external architectural 3D looks same. It's the internal that is different.

Building Code - 003: 2 Unit 3 Bed Duplex and 2 unit 1 Bed Flat.

On a plot of land. With an existing Boy's Quarter in front. We are putting in 2 units of 3 Bedroom Duplex and as well 2 Units of 1 Bedroom Flat all in one roof on the plot.

The Design has full options and I mean here all rooms ensuite and with visitor's Toilet too on each apartment.

I will for the first time share the ground floor plan here below.

Thanks for your comment here. I appreciate it. If 2020 thought me a lesson. It's just to try and ignore negative comments. Don't fight over a faceless forum.

This year, we are alot better. We listen. We say less. We do what a client wants. We can always take constructive criticism happily and improve on what's said.

Once again, thank you for being positive with us. Like you agreed. It was what the client wanted we did.
