When we request for cost, it's either we are considering if our budget can carry similar structure, thus making a decision to embark on it or we are currently doing similar and want to see if we are spending more than we should.

My suggestion would be,

1. Include the probable cost of the blocks to the lump sum or;

2. Give a breakdown of the lump sum as much as time permits you.

Well done for the neat job once again. Your attention to details is highly commendable.

I'm an 'ijebu' man, so I always get quotes from different sources and go for the cheapest that guarantee highest quality.

I met the man on Jiji, thinking he's just the regular supplier, but he invited me to his Showroom/Factory in Mushin.

I went there last Thursday during the Holiday and saw that he's one of the major dealers in Lagos. He sells and also has staff that would do installation.

I called him and told him I'll share his contact with the three of you.

He's a known person and popular in that Olorunsogo Mushin side.

The first picture is 3 bedroom Terraced Duplex 3 units on 500sqm

The second picture is 4 Bedroom Terraces Duplex 8 Units on 1200sqm.
