We just completed another design for a client.
This is one of the most sophisticated designs ever done on a small area of land.

We gave not just comfort, but we gave value for the land and client.

Total land area = 700sqm

Proposed building area = 228sqm

Features of the building.
It's broken down into three (3) parts
- Part 1 - Owner Occupied 4 Bedroom Duplex with 5 Toilets and 4 Bathrooms.

- Part 2 - 2 Units of 1 Bedroom Executive Flat with all features present in it.

- Part 3 - 2 Units of 2 Bedroom Flats with 3 Toilets and 2 Baths in each of them.

External features of the design
- Existing 3 Units of flats in Bungalow form
- Car park for up to 6 Cars.
