Whats the cost of raising this plan from foundation to finishing on a half plot of land in lagos?

Averaging 8 to 12 million Depending on your taste of finishing and the Axis of Lagos you are building it on.

One thing worthy of note is. It can enter on a half plot as well as can be built. Do you have a survey plan?

GRAVEL is good but not as good as GRANITE

Reason
Gravel has a lot of impurities content which is not good when it’s mixed with cement it’s do weaken the strenght of the cement.

For you to have good gravel you needs to remove all these impurities in it by:
Washing.
Sieves.

But have in mind that 30pec of the tonnage will go away after all these exercises.

But why all these stress when there is granite out there for you, unless you get the gravel at VERY cheaper rate or FREE.

I am about to start a 4 bedroom bungalow in Edo state. My architect included German floor in the building stages he gave me along with the plan. But the builder handling the building is saying I don't need to do german flooring because the soil is solid and dry.

Experts here, please what is your take on this? Would you guys advice I do german floor? What's really the importance of german floor ? Many questions in my head.

Please guide me into making the right decision

Do German Floor but not as Duplex type in terms of thickness. In this case your German floor is basically to create a platform for your tiling not transferring load to the foundation. It's more like doing Screeding with cement and sand on the floor before tiling.

Not necessarily up to 6inched thickness. You can do between 3 to 4 inches... Since you said the land is dry.

It's very wrong to state that MOST architects on Nairaland are dreamers. You are very wrong in that submissions. As a matter of fact people have had their own fair share of experience with issuing out plans to people who leave with such plan and never comes back. What do you have to say to that?

It's easy to castigated people. But difficult to build trust.

Personally I don't look at 3D images because it shows nothing..and I see that's the reason graphic designers post it everywhere on this platform..i've received several amazing FLOOR PLANS from locals and foreigners and i've done business with a handful, and still looking for more trends..currently negotiating with a local. My principle is simple,NO FLOOR PLAN NO INTEREST. You can paint a building so it looks like mona lisa, but the plan may be a bird cage..i have seen many before..it just doesn't work for me.

You have the rights and entitlement to your opinion. Everyone has the right to their choice of practice.

The size of your building will determine what quantity of woods that will be required for the roofing. Before you mention you are been taken advantage of. What's the dimension of your building as well as the roofing sheet design you want. All these are to be factored before saying that someone is taking advantage of you.
