PrimeQuay:
Leaking PPR pipes in the walls. The pressure pump revealed this. Water dripping from the suspended slabs, especially in the bathrooms

All the ceilings fell, starting with the double volume living room. Thank God nobody was hurt.

Too many....but I moved on from the project. Hopefully everything is okay

Hmm, that's doesn't sound good to hear. As at when we handed over to the developer to carry on finishing none of this happened. However, thank you for your review. I believe it's all sorted because ithr last time I checked with the developer it has been sold out. Which I believe it's sorted then. Seyi Vibez (one of the Nigerian musicians) bought one wing, of which am aware of.

Resuming this project in September 2024......

No sir. It's not a twin Duplex, however it has two Duplex in it. One is 4 Bedroom owner occupied. And the other at the back is two bedroom Duplex. Rentable

I am trying to get it done by September but I don't have WhatsApp. Like around what is the cost we are looking at.

Design ranges from 250 - 500K depending scope for Bungalow.
