Decking flooring of the main Duplex ongoing.

Boys quarter has been roofed.
Same as Gen house.

The Palace is also undergoing screeding and at the moment.

Note: We are going to change the roofing sheets to Milano metro tiles.

But that will come much later.

Meanwhile we are now installing the roofing sheet for the boy's Quarters and Gen house simularenously

Bungalow external screeding works

We just delivered another beautiful masterpiece design for a client in owerri who is in diaspora once again.

4 Bedroom Duplex + 4 Units of 1 Bedroom Flat.

The land size and shape is what have room for this design that we proposed to the Client.

Lintel works and pillars concrete works on the generator house is set as well. Done.

Final leveling is done too. Next stage here now is parapet works and Roofing for the generator house.

Pillars going to the roof from the right elevation of the building now set out.

Leveling of the Duplex almost completed.
