One of the reasons why you should go for Bungalow these days is due to the rising cost of building materials.

It will interest you to know that building a Bungalow that can match any Duplex design is possible.

This design is currently trending on our social media pages. Many people love it.

I won’t surprised if this house collapses in just a few years.

Floor decking is supposed to be at barest minimum 6 inches for the load of that. Wetin I dey see so?

Is a qualified Civil Engineer supervising this at all?

Load calculation is obviously not done.

May God cover the future occupants of this building.

Personally I don't like to thread words with people on my private page. But I will not warn you again. If you dare write nonsense here again. You wouldn't like my comment.

For the record and for the purpose of the amazing followers that have followed us fie years. You can't see us do anything less than 150mm thick reinforced slab which is 6 inches minimum. In fact, somethings we cast a bit more to 160 - 175mm reinforced slab.

If we can do that for a small security house. Talk more of Duplex.

99thEnemy as you call yourself. Go and use harmer and bring down the building. Because am sure you can't even be a Labourer at my site. If you want to learn engineering go to school and stop writing rubbish at people's pages. If you are looking for an enemy as your name entails, go to another thread

Work update as at today.
We are making serious progress.
By tomorrow, we should be done with the Duplex while the gate house commences.

Is the supplier close to Enugu? If so, I may need his services for step tiles next month if his rate is comparatively ok.
Kindly help me enquire from him if he can supply to Enugu and at what rate.

He covers the entire south east.
I have a project here as far back as 2020/2021 that he covered as well. The thread is here. It's a project I did in Calabar. I can share you his contact reach out to me on WhatsApp. You can compare his prices with others around there at your own time.

Note: Compare quality as well when you do because that is what makes the difference.

And again, he uses his staff for installation. He doesn't allow any other person to install because he has warranty and follow up on his products.

More Updates on the roof covering will be uploaded today.
Stay tuned and Keep following...

Roofing sheet installation ongoing...

Canismajorr:
Mr Dennis, weldone on this project! Please, what was the total per square meter of this building? I asked because I have something similar and want to prepare ahead for the roofing. Thanks.

The Main Building is about 495Sqm

michlins:
how were you able to get the measurements of the roofing sheets two months ago before the woodwork was done

The supplier is my regular supplier in the south east for over 5yrs, moreover i have the roofing measurements from drawing and paid ahead up front.

Even if there is +or- we always have a way to balance things out because there are more works we are still doing with him with respect to the project. Roof Gutter and Doors alike, he deals on those too and we are still gonna be using him.

Free2Fly:
How much did you the Milano per sqm?

7,000 Per Square Meter... And I paid for it over 2 months ago. At that price.

Some people sell #6800 and #7000 now respectively at going rate.

Watch out and follow for installation updates.

How about the cost of the parapet?

2.2m was what it costed to do the parapet.
And it's 4 Steps.
