We have started some exterior wall tiling as well on the Bungalow.

We have started the tiling of the existing Bungalow.

Note - This Bungalow happens to be the main building before. Built by my client's dad of which it has never been tiled.

One thing that caught my attention is that your workers aren't wearing safety boots and helmet while working on site.

Thank you for your observations.
Some do especially the skilled workers at times. Like my Carpenter and iron bender, I have boots for them but they complain it's heavy for them. Lol. Doesn't allow them move well or work fast.

The locals and other artisans on site don't.

However, I try as much as possible to advise them on the need for it because of their safety and that of people around them.

thank you for the opportunity. We will be on ground between Tuesday or Wednesday.

About the security issues, I suggest you keep workers sleeping on site. This way, you have them sleeping and waking up in site and there will be no issue of restriction of their movement

All my travel work locations my workers stay on site, sleep and even cook there coz I provide those facilities for them. Especially in hostile environments when we find ourselves there.
