All these various Man or Governor of the year awards doesn't depict performance or good governance but rather an avenue disguise by the organizers to get some money out of the awardees.

What exactly are the duties of these developments commissions that the state governments, federal ministries and Senate oversight for functions doesn't already cover. Presidency just device ways to loot resources and and satisfy our cronies through their establishment in my opinion.
