Hello ;

Anyone knows a good clinic in CALGARY that accepts me at my 35th week of pregnancy?
I called north east women clinic, and mosaic clinic. They both said they couldnt accept as i am at a very late stage.
And seems hospitals are quite a lot expensive comparing with clinics.

Anyone with any information, please share your experiences and info with me.

Thankss

Hi Deonu,

Am thinking if you're not a PR cos dat was d reason I wanted Calgary or any state I can get instant healthcare for free, you can prolly go with Oshawa since its been proven cost effective by 'thespecialist' who gave info abt it and I'm thinking she could also prolly help with an accomodation or someone who knows sthg abt t,that's if you want sthg cost effective.

Then for accomodation it's usually difficult to get a rented accommodation for a period of 2-3months except you intend to share,my 2cents tho.

Hello Koolmum and Thespecialist;

Thanks for the advise , yes i am not pr, but i have a friend who is pr and living in Calgary. So hoping that she can help me as well, i may stay with them for the first couple weeks till i find a place for myself, and she may guide me about hospitals and doctors. That is why i booked my tickets already to Calgary. I didnt do any research before that if i have checked this thread before i might change my direction to Oshava,but now i dont have a chance to change since the tickets purchased are very expensive as well.
And so far i am not able to get much help from my friend, and that is why i am checking all information i can find online.

Checking abnb also and the prices seem quite high though, sharing could be a better idea. I will keep searching.

Many many thanks to every mama that has been sharing again , this is really usefull smiley

Hello Everyone;

I am also new in this topic, and i have read the full conversations 54 pages, really useful info, thanks to everyone that shares.
I am planning to come to Calgary on mid of January at my 34th week of pregnancy,
And hoping to find a doctor and hospital that is affordable, what i found out from this forum about calgary hospitals and fees as below so far.
But i wanted to check if anyone has more updated info, or had info about other hospitals or birth centers fees in Calgary.

Also i need info to find a rental studio furnished room, do you have any idea about the websites where i can look for such kind of accomodation?

Appreciate if you share your experiences, and knowledge.

Have a wonderful day to every mama out there.
