Some times puss in the blood can cause this, you need to go for an ultra scan to be certain about what causes the pimples, if not nothing may work, your genetic structure is not same as another's , request for an ultra scan, they would run urinalisys, widal etc tests , you may be supprised that all you need to make it go might just be vitamin c for tissue regeneration , i am just saying, go for a test no doctor is God that would just guess whats wrong with you by just looking at you.

i think I will do this, I strongly believe this is from my blood... Do you know like how much they charge for ultra scan

If you are in Edo state, there is dis pharmacy in Ekewan road/super market, I have similar stuffs on me, but ever since e gave me drugs, soap and cream everything is totally gone. The pharmacist is really good. I was not able to even go out with mine.

This once happened to me, first things first go and buy a Kbrothers soap, it's 300naira. Make sure you read the instructions before using it because it's very powerful. It will make your face dry always, if your face is oily you will have acne. You can use the soap 2 times a day and make sure that before you sleep use powder to rub your face very well. Make sure the powder has an ingredient of salicylic acid in it. It's 200 Naira or so just check the back. You can also use the powder during the day.. Avoid oily food for now. Now try this beautiful trick, from now on make sure you use warm water to watch your face with the Kbrothers soap,after like 3 min the acne will be very soft and you can pick at it gently, even the hardest acne will bust easily, the reason why you need to do this is that your face will be fresh in no time. I know some people will tell you not to but the Kbrothers soap is also a spot removing soap so don't worry yourself. Within a week you will give testimony bro. Also get this drugs, ketokonaso, it's 500 Naira for one. Use once or twice daily for 4weeks straight without missing one day or you start again, the drugs will kill the acne from the root and wash your face whenever it's oily. Avoid your face from the sun, use cap or umbrella if you need to go under the sun, you can rub small powder on your face when going out and have a clean white handkerchief with you always incase of oily face, most people don't know the sun also does damage to the skin, especially the face and that's why some people wear sun tan, avoid smoking, avoid pepperish thing for now, avoid mastubation for now, avoid any cream for now, if at all use natural honey if you have any but not necessary for now because all these things triggers the acne I swear, take about 10 cups of water daily, you can also eat guava, orange or water melon often, it dehydrates your skin, eat vegetables often too, use dettol to bath for now too if you can afford it, boil the water you drink if it's tap water. I got this info from a dermatologist.

Note when using the Kbrothers soap it mustn't stay more than 2mins on your face or your face could over dry and its somehow pepperish, you can use it to bath too it will clear the acne from your body, and lastly don't think too much about it or it causes stress and depression because at the end it will go on its own. But I'm really scared of applying something that is harsh to my skin, my face especially..... As for Kentonazole, my doctor first gave me that, and I was using it with one cream like that, but after the medication, the acne came back..... My face is not that oily, just normal.... As you can see in these pics
