But has any of them ruled or excelled in a way that will make his tribe exceptional in governance? None, but all of them have contributed significantly to increase the problems of this nation.

So don't proclaim sainthood or excellence to any tribal leader; all have been tainted by the dirty brush of selfishness, greed, corruption, family enrichment and no compassion for the suffering masses under their rules.
