if u ask me it is absolutely wrong for you to go out with your girlfriend and abandon her for another girl even if there is nothing going on btw both of you .it is simply lack of respect.it is not about her being suspicious it is about her feeling abandoned while watching her boyfriend playing friends with a girl.i wouldn't like it too. so she has a right to act the way she acted.so boy slow your role and know your responsibility,it's not baby sitting it's giving her her time.
