Morning Bro,

I suspect you are correct about WAPCO where I am long... entered at N81.00K... Hopefully they can pay N3.5 or N4 in dividends

But NOBODY is selling sad

Yesterday only small units (i think about 5,000) was available at N85.00k meanwhile over 700k bids at between N77 & N81

Anyway will try for N80 at 9:30am this morning... maybe I will be lucky

(I no get money for Nestle now plus haven't done any analysis on it)
Assuming N4 is paid i.e N81/N4 = N20.25....You are paying N20.25 to get a little less than N1.00 considering TAX.
You will envy AFRIPRUD like me. we are learning.....

I would advice careful financial planning..You need to commit only idle funds to long term stocks...ie don't put money you would need in the short term on such stocks...Nevertheless, Mr. Buffet's recommendation is a tested and proven wealth building strategy..I concur.
Let him come and buy OANDO and FBNH. He is lucky to operate in a SANE country where humans value their family names....

I had always ignored sound and priceless warning on this forum until I paid with my hard-earned cash. I then started praying to GOD for help. To help me stop rationalizing silly investment behaviors and GOD gave me a sign. Let me share it: WHENEVER YOU WANT TO DO ANY PURCHASE AND YOU BECOME RESTLESS, AGITATED, SOMETIMES YOU EVEN LOSE YOUR BREATH, THE COMPUTER SEEMS TO BE TOO SLOW FOR YOUR TOLERANCE AND YOUR BRAIN IS RACING FOR HOW TO GET ADDITIONAL CASH TO ADD.....WATCH IT. IMMEDIATELY YOUR CASH IS SWALLOWED, PRICES CONTINUE TO SINK LOWER LOWER LOWER.......YOU LIE TO GET GBESE JOIN, TAKE MADAM'S CASH AND ADD........THE SINKING CONTINUES...YOU SELL GOOD DEFENSIVE STOCKS TO RESCUE THIS "UNNOTICED GIANT (by other blind investors)".......YOU SEARCH FOR GREAT NEWS ON THE STOCK AND AVOID ANY CRITICAL ANALYSIS ON YOUR CHOSEN CHAMPION.........YOU DRAW OTHER FORUM MEMBERS TO A DUEL WHEN THEY RAISE RED FLAGS..... IT CONTINUE SINKING.......I will continue.... grin grin grin.

BEWARE WHEN YOUR ADRENALIN STARTS SPILLING.........RESCUE YOURSELF FROM GREAT GRIEF...LET YOUR 'MENTAL SAFETY FUSE' BE IN PLACE AT ALL TIMES....Wishing us all the best... grin

One day someone will ask where he was when stocks were at the present prices.
How history easily repeats.
I used to ask 2yrs back where I was when GTB/ZENITH/NASCON/DANDSUGAR were selling as if a GUN was pointed at the STOCKS.
A Year from now, by DEC analysts will come up with wnderful valuatiins after GTB and Zenith must have crossed N20.
The seasons of our hearts have to be mastered.
Someone that was happy to pay N3.5 for UBA now waits at N1.50..m grin grin grin
