Single mums have pregnancy cravings and yes, their cravings are fulfilled most times.

When you have pregnancy cravings, it's a way your body remind you that you are lacking some nutrients.

Kimchi is a probitic of the highest quality.
Probiotics is very good for the gut.
Sugar is the major cause of yeast infection.

When you eat less sugar add probiotics, it cleanses your guts like no other and your gut with maintain a ph balance.
