What hospitals are preferring to admit common cold versus Covid? I’ve not seen that anywhere in the hospitals that I’ve worked. Sick is sick and you get admitted or discharged based on the severity of your symptoms. I hope UK hospitals are doing the same. They shouldn’t let the drama distract them from caring for actually sick people.

Here, if you have covid, you can go to work, you can decide to stay at home but hospitals have no bed for you.
Usually, beginning of cold like last year November we had snow and the temp dived, covid cases increased so also flu and cold. Unless you have an underlying problem and depending on your age, treat it like you treat common cold at home. That was why I used that cold analogy.
At work, if you say you have covid, people don't even care anymore.

I attended a southern african church last 2 weeks.
