my hometown is where the port is located, but the government need to widen the old ibeju-lekki road (eleko-folu exp rd) to 8 lane because of the delivering of goods. Dangote refinery projects are using this same road & the road is really bad now, & it is the only exp road that link to the port directly.

That road needs to be widened as you have suggested. It is the only road serving the Lagos Free Trade Zone, Dangote Refinery, there’s also a vegetable oil factory, many residential estates and the Sea Port not forgetting La Campaigne Tropicana. The time to start work on that road is now otherwise it will soon become a nightmare to its users

Long ago, the state government asked Shangisha people to donate the land for the construction of a big hospital and the people obliged and donated the land. One way or the other, government did not build the hospital and the land was sold to private individuals who now built houses on the land.
The Shangisha people went to court and the matter was eventually decided by the Supreme Court in favor of Shangisha people.
