Have you updated to the latest software version? If you have, go to settings - home screen - there's an option to enable app drawer there.

For dark themes depending on your miui version you can check night blue, One ui. You can even use dark mode and choose a suitable wallpaper.

Tanks bro. I have check no app drawer option but it's full screen option or button option so I dnt know if it's latest software version.
