My redmi note5A prime was stolen previous Saturday at midnight is dere a way I can find it I seriously wnt d phone back bcoz what they stolen include money & laptop and I believe d perpetrator is living in d same compound . pls & pls wat possible way or step I can take to find phone.

To internet.ng.airtel.com

Really But i dnt hav prob with network infact i watch video online & also download from from YouTube. The issue is i can't update either frm OTA or update package.

. Which network you dey use sef, this your issue don tey. Go to settings - sim card and mobile network- select the network - access point name - choose the selected access point, then screenshot and upload here.
You can also clear the cache and data of the updater app once again and upload.

I use mtn & airtel respectively both 4g capable.

Xiaomites, I received update yesterday but d updater is not moving 0%. i have not update via OTA since i buy Note5A prime is here i use to download link. Kindly guru in d house i need d link to Download it urgently bcoz my data will expire today. Tanks

The ROM is in the wrong folder. Follow these steps below:

Connect your device to a Windows PC using a USB cable and transfer the ROM file downloaded (above) into the folder ‘downloaded_rom’ in the internal storage of your phone.

Launch ‘Updater’ app on your device and tap the ‘…’ icon at the top-right corner, select ‘Choose update package’, and choose the ROM file you’ve put in ‘downloaded_rom’ above.

After choosing the right ROM file, your device will begin upgrading. Your device should automatically boot to the new version when the update is completed.

Brotherly, I have done as u said "couldn't verify update package" " it's not allowed to upgrade to unofficial ROM package " This are d messages i get oo even same tin wen i change d region to Nigeria. Pls help

Gud morning sir, I redownload & copy it to another folder yet i can't see it wen i choose update package I guess d file is corrupt. See d pic above d question mark on d file

I copy it from ADM to memory card still can't find it in update package. Yet i see it wen i open file manager.
