Romance › Groom Sues His Bride For Not Being Pretty Enough by detagabriel(op): 11:28am On Aug 07, 2015 |
An Algerian groom took his bride to court just a day after their marriage,
accusing her of not looking as pretty as before the wedding and of cheating
him with much make-up.
The groom, who is seeking $20,000 damages, told court in the capital
Algiers that he was shocked when he got up in the next morning and found
that his wife looked so different, that he could not recognise her.
Newspapers in the North African Arab country said the groom swore in
court that he even mistook his wife for a “thief who came to steal his
apartment".
“The groom told the judge that he could not recognise his wife after she
washed the make-up off her face.
"He said he was deceived by her as she used to fill up her face with make
up before their marriage,” the papers said, quoting a court source.
“He said she looked very beautiful and attractive before marriage, but when
he woke up in the morning and found that she had washed the make-up off
her face, he was frightened as he thought she was a thief.
"The groom told court that he is demanding $20,000 damages for his
psychological suffering.”

ALKARULEZZ: 1. Economics/Accounting/Finance
Accounting is actually the language of business. I’ll say that Accounting is the pillar while Economics is the post of every business venture. While Accounting is the measurement, processing and communication of financial information about economic entities, Economics is the social science that studies production, distribution, exchange and consumption of goods and services, and the private and public choices concerning the allocation of scarce means and resources.
Every new day, new companies, business ventures and firms are established in Nigeria, and none of them can survive without good accounting, economic and financial administration and management. Even though the demand is high, the overpowering population of graduates and professionals in this area make it look like its not so. If you employ some of the best means and strategies of job search, combined with good professional skills, you’ll definitely find ample opportunities and even stand chances of making choices.
Note:- You have to be a certified Mathematician for you to be able to cope with Economics (even Engineering students dey fear them). ALKARULEZZ: 1. Economics/Accounting/Finance

Politics › Breaking News: Niger Delta billionaire Ayirimi Emami Defects To APC In Delta by detagabriel(op): 6:32pm On Apr 08, 2015 |
WARRI – ONE of Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan’s political tacticians in Warri and Chairman of the Delta Waterways Security Committee, DWSC, Warri, Chief Ayirimi Emami, has defected from the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, to the All Progressives Congress, APC. Chief Emami, a former chairman of the PDP in Warri South- West Local Government Area, elatedly displayed his new APC card, as he announced his defection at his home in Ubeji, near Warri, claiming the PDP umbrella was leaking and could no longer provide the needed shelter for Deltans. He asked Deltans to vote for the APC’s governorship candidate, Olorogun O’tega Emerhor, in Saturday’s governorship election, pointing out that he, his people and political associates had been living in fear of the unknown for quite some years under the PDP. The Oba of Lagos, Chief Rilwan Akiolu, has finally issued a personal statement regarding his recent outburst where he threatened any Igbo who dared vote against his candidate with drowning in The Lagos Lagoon. The Outburst, which made waves on the internet yesterday, where the Oba threatened that igbos saying “if you don’t vote Ambode that i picked, you will all drown in the water”, has not gone down well with a lot of people in the country. But in a recent turn of events, the Oba has issued an apology to the Igbos and everyone offended by his tirade, blaming his actions on the popular Alcoholic drink, ORIJIN.’ In his statement, he said; “I want to offer my unequivocal apologies to the Igbo people for the things I said. I am sorry. I was drunk. I was drinking some Orijin just before the meeting. It was my 1st time, it was so sweet, I did not know it would be so intoxicating. I have ordered that all Orijin Bottles and Cans should be thrown into the Lagoon Instead”. Meanwhile, Boys in Lagos are planning to protest the Oba’s move to throw all the Orijin into the Lagoon. They have paid a Twitter Trender to trend the Hashtag #DontDrownOurOrijin.
