seanfer:Sycophants of political detractors, this is Abure within a week ago. I know it is strange to see politicians who are actually busy with their normal honest lives instead of scheming how to enrich themselves and rip the masses. A new wave is coming. You will be alive to see it. Amen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51u_RyXme-4 |
senatordave1:I don't think it's because of your dislike for honest leadership. I like to believe it's because the people who create wanton interruptions in our societies like you do in these threads are those who are not really okay up there. We also think their actions are mostly irrational. This is no direct allusion to your state of mind though. I'm just using similar, you get? |
We have show! Shoot! Shoot!! But this will be few hours content. 🥲 |
Very poor hatchet job. Imagine obtaining a fake certificate from a popular forgery site. |
Oga, go buy market from the witch that haunts your family nah. Qudus is an alleged fraudster, like some of you on Nairaland. I remember a thread on him on twitter and here, which called him out, like some threads here, called some of you out. We say we no do. We no follow fraudster and terrorist buy market. Nah our money, nah we go decide how we wan use am. Try dey rest, 2 doses 3 times daily. You're deluded if you think any of this is targeted at Akin. Qudus is the ultimate target! |
For some of you like Darren95, it's always about Politics, hence the difficulty to understand how a man like Peter Obi can live his life as an open book. You created this thread to ask if Peter Obi doesn't go to church (On a Sunday, unfortunately) https://www.nairaland.com/7723352/why-peter-obi-not-going The response is , when Peter Obi isn't in court, as you can attest to everyday, Peter Obi is in Church. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUyZuG3R7sw |
Ihateheadslamer:You dey whyne yourself. Even Arthur Eze dare not say this amongst his own brothers that can't harm him😂 |
Lol.. Then there is us that have been without power supply for 2 weeks 😂😂 We don dey try go Solar sef for the frustration from petrol and PHCN. |
It's down to the clarity of the rules. For every robbery we assume there is, you'd find a legitimate reason that is backed by precedence. Examples are the Ballon d'Or awards of 2010 and 2013. Even though Sneidjer and Ribery achieved way more with their respective teams, Messi and Ronaldo's individual efforts in those seasons dwarfed the efforts of those two. |
2:58 AM? 😶 Igbos will have it tough escaping your lips. Emefiele from Delta was arrested and Igbos are being touted. Even Hilda Baci's Cookathon managed to get the Igbos dragged in. At this point, is there really any difference between South South and South East to you guys??

ba7man:I'll ignore the beer parlour gist/market women gossip parts of your comment to focus on this that seemingly has a bearing, apologies in advance. Let's pretend for a moment that your principal and his merry friends, including the abysmal failure of the past eight years did not jump on the 'fuel subsidy' protests of 2012 to funnel themselves to power; Can you please let us know how impressive the performances of the Presidential candidates of the 'existing Party LP' before Peter Obi? No minion has been able to provide this 'existing data' so far in this thread. |
homosapien:Thank you for confirming Labour Party was non-existent in the Presidential race in Nigeria's history before Peter Obi. Now you understand why it was a daring feat he undertook, and also have a better understanding of the word 'brave'. |
OkayDaddy:I guess you mean the person who has been fooling you into thinking it's Tinubu's tweets because he verbally made his position on social media CLEAR! Sorry you missed the memo.
|
OkayDaddy:Obi did not come to LP to contest for a governorship seat. Understand the context before jumping into conclusion like an aged housewife approaching menopause. Detail the performance of LP Presidential candidates before Peter Obi or take your ignorance elsewhere please. |
Redline Beach. Shodex Gardens |
homosapien:Can you detail the vote count, or at least, the position LP candidate finished in each of the last Presidential elections since its inception, and before Peter Obi? I need to be sure you know what you are saying, that LP was a force before Obi flew the flag. |
homosapien:Oh, but you know so little! It takes bravery to start over. It takes bravery to chart your own path. It takes bravery to fly the flag of a relatively uncharted party. Others had it way easier because they had people rooted in government and state parastatals. Not him! |
You may want to know why he is called Okwute (means rock or stone) Peter Obi is not swayed by the whims of the elite few. He's driven rather, by acting on what is beneficial to the masses and less-privileged and what positions the people for a better tomorrow, whether or not the political class is happy about it. If he backtracks on a decision, it is only because he has seen it will not ultimately favour the masses in the long run. He understands he is a servant to the people, not a ruler over minions. As for strength of character, Peter Obi was part of the economic team that masterminded the subsidy removal in 2012 (which made petrol to be sold at 140 then). He still confirmed that stand in his campaigns, despite the view of NLC over it. Tinubu on the other hand, was against subsidy removal in 2012, only to make a U-turn in 2023. It is clear who can actually make the tough calls, irrespective of the pressure. It can be confusing how someone so attentive to the plight of the masses could be a tough nut to crack by the political class, but then, it is Peter Obi, a rare breed. |
Findings by SaharaReporters have revealed that securing a second tenure in office didn’t come cheap for Prof Yakubu as he had to part ways with huge sums of money to facilitate his reappointment. Inside details of how Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof Mahmood Yakubu, secured reappointment for a second term in office have emerged. Yakubu, who was first appointed as head of the electoral umpire on October 21, 2015 by President Muhammadu Buhari, had his first tenure come to an end in October this year. But like many public officials favoured by the power blocs in Aso Rock Villa, Nigeria’s seat of power, he was immediately rewarded with another term of five years. However, findings by SaharaReporters have revealed that securing a second tenure in office didn’t come cheap for Prof Yakubu as he had to part ways with huge sums of money to facilitate his reappointment. According to a top insider, Yakubu paid at least N3bn in bribes to have his tenure as INEC Chairman extended by another five years. “He paid a princely sum of N2bn to a group led by Senate President Ahmed Lawan and another N1bn to another group. “These huge funds were deployed and mobilised by a civil servant and director in INEC, who is described as wealthy and in charge of a strategic department. According to the source, the return of Yakubu as INEC boss was part of a larger ongoing tussle among power brokers in the country to have the agency under their firm control ahead of the 2023 general elections, which to a large extent will determine the fate of the ruling All Progressives Congress. There are currently at least four power blocs within the APC all fighting to determine persons to occupy key positions in the agency ahead of 2023. One group is said to be headed by Senate President Lawan, another by the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, a third by Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omoagege, while the fourth group comprises key individuals in Aso Rock Villa alongside Bola Tinubu’s caucus. https://saharareporters.com/2020/11/18/exposed-how-inec-chairman-prof-mahmood-yakubu-allegedly-paid-n3bn-secure-reappointment?s=09 nlfpmod

Forcing it, aren't you? Obi could have spent Easter in Nigeria but God led him to UK and his dupe was busted before he could probably sow some terrible past about Obi in the UK where he lived for years. I mean, the game plan would be if they could make him even a quarter like Tinubu perhaps the OBIdient movement will quieten? I guess they should just focus on the court case now. Time is running out. |
Ireportlive:Disrupted businesses, stray casualties, movement impediment, trauma for witnesses, damages for taxpayers (do you pay taxes though?) and citizens to repair, exposure of kids to societal vices and the list goes on and on. I expect a reporter to be an analytic thinker and I do not expect you to have missed such basic truth but hey! If you do just copy and paste propaganda then I can't hold it against you 😌 |
I think this is foolish. It simply shows mostly that the OP and some of his praise singers are missing the bigger picture. I don't think they're that smart though considering it is staring at them in the face. They think it's about Nigeria to US or some other Western Country but let's talk about a not-so-long-ago occurrence in Nigeria. We keep hearing some Yorubas insisting that the Igbos should go back to their region. What was the big idea behind that ask? Isn't it because it is assumed by the Yorubas that Lagos is developed enough while the South East isn't in comparison. It is obvious that you'd spend more to live in Lagos but has that stopped anyone from migrating? You'd pay more taxes, pay higher for utilities, pay for almost everything you look at. This applies to almost all urban areas but has that stopped anyone from migrating? The reason being the search for an obvious better life and better opportunities. But suddenly, when it involves getting a passport to obtain basically the same advantages, some adults brain go off in the name of pseudo patriotism. Y'all will get well soon. |
duro4chang:Are you back from your ban? How long was duro2chang, your alternate account banned for? 😂 I hope you've learned to shun tribalism now. |
Ireportlive:Yeah. Cows are blue and Pigs fly too.

So... David Oyedepo is now being haunted on Nairaland. 😁 Let's give Nairaland some great publicity then. The revenue from the traffic would be immense to keeping the forum up ✌️ |
Ireportlive:They're the ones who the traders in Alaba had clash with that led to the shutdown of the market. They're also the ones in the video below at Iyana Iba that made policemen flee their duties. No school children will want to be around this area or these people either; not even after. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkwnElMWIN4 They didn't learn these while being good people. I don't know where you live but here, we ensure our children absolutely do not even walk on the ground they walk. Nah from clap dem dey take enter dance. They're the dregs of the society, unfortunately. But hey, I won't dictate to you how to raise your kids when you eventually have them 🤷🏾♂️ |
Wonders shall never end. Since they're great people, allow your kids mingle with them. After all, nobody dey reject sugar wey dem put for im mouth 😁 |
Benwallt:That's all. |
Benwallt:No hard feelings towards you bro. Even Judas Iscariot had a role to play in life. 😎 |
Christistruth03:Are you 100% certain you have your brains about you? How can one be confidently talking about entourage with Obi, something he doesn't even encourage as governor? 😏 |
Honest Nigerians who toiled and sweat on the grounds of Nigerian soil prayed to God from the depths of their hearts. God heard them and sent Peter Obi to make their sweat count. To be honest, it will be weird to expect the Evil one to just fold hands and watch Nigeria be emancipated. The ones to be pitied are those who let themselves be used. |
LegendHero:Right before your eyes, OBIdients are no longer 4 people tweeting in a room ABI? You will get there eventually 😁 |
