Aloma grabbed Josiah by the neck and shot him with his laser gun, shattering a reasonable amount of his armour.

"With a master piece weapon and yet you know nothing about it" Aloma said as he watched the suit reassemble itself.

Struggling to break free, Josiah powered up his arm and smashed Aloma on the face, staggering backward Aloma groaned as he felt the pain hit deep into his body from the suit.

Josiah attempted at leg strike, which Aloma was quick to dodge, by moving two steps backward, another attempted strike which Aloma dodged again, Josiah made to do another, and swiftly smashed Aloma on the chest and shot two rapid hits at Aloma which smashed him against a tree.

"You have skills, I'll give you honor for that, but can you face this? " Aloma said and his suit transformed into a big round spiky metal ball, with him seated in the control part, holding firm to the control lever.

Josiah gasped as the huge ball rolled furiously at him, diving to the left, he fell hard as he loosed balance and quickly stood to his feet, running as fast his legs could carry him.

Two huge guns, assembled out from each sides of the ball and began firing rapid shots at Josiah.

JOSSSY" Lara shouted as she pulled away bricks upon bricks, she stepped aside as an escalator was brought in to ease the job

"What was he thinking? " Max asked himself, frightened something bad might have happened to Josiah.

"There, that's him, beneath the regulators" Lara shouted on sighting him, in his cybernetic form.

Josiah strained as he tried to move, holding tight to the blue box, only that it wasn't glowing.

"Don't move, we will get you out"

Josiah muffled as Lara stitched his broken skin.

"Careful " he said, while he closed his eyes shut.

"You would have had yourself killed" she said, and at the same time concentrating on what she did.

Josiah opened the box, and felt sad, nothing seemed to be working, it didn't glow or give its normal humming sound.

"I might have killed her" he said sadly and closed the box and tossed it beside him.

"You shouldn't have done that without us, you know that" Lara said and came off the bed, having completed the stitching.

"Why shouldn't I?, you both have families to welcome you home, and what do I have, ghost parents, right from childhood, do you think its easy to cope with loneliness, I also needed someone to talk to" Josiah said at the top of his voice and barged out of the room, holding his shirt on the left hand and the box on the right.

Josiah walked into the spacecraft and pressed the security button that led into the section of his apartment, standing before the crystal clear mirror, he looked at the bruises on his body and began to sob uncontrollably.

He shut his eyes as words and thought began to filled his mind, everything had changed the day he heard who he thought to his father, wasn't, but his step father, no one knew his father's whereabout, and his mother had to please her new husband, which made them relocated to the city in pretence of searching for greener pasture.

He got distracted, by the loud rumbling noise he heard outside the ship, quickly he dashed out of his room and looked through the window of the cloaked ship and was surprised to see another spaceship like theirs taking its land

"Guys, come in, something is up" he said through the com link and took the cybernetic form.

Aloma alighted the ship, wielding huge Tesla gun on both hands, he charged them and transformed into a black robotic form, increased in height and standing at about six feet tall.

The eyes turned red and a sword formed on his back, the transformation let out a hush sound, blowing out white steams.

"Hey! " Josiah shouted from behind and made a Tesla gun also assemble out from his hand and supported it with the other.

Aloma turned around and grinned on seeing who was before him.

"So you posses what does not belong to you, the power beads, I have come from a far away galaxy to get these back "

"You don't look like someone that comes in peace, and you obviously don't own those beads, from my Intel, you are here on a selfish mission" Josiah replied and powered up his Tesla.

"Fool, you stand no chance, I am the leader of the seven squadron squad of Plane..... "

A force suddenly threw Aloma off his feet.

"Shut up and fight, you talk to much" Josiah shouted as his gun powered down from the first shot.

"Fine" Almoa said and stood up.

A spaceship flew out of Planet Kekere, and within few minutes, about hundred of it came after it I hot pursuit, firing rapid round of Tesla guns, which shattered little pieces of space rock that were few inches away from its path.

"Sir, an unauthorized ship flew out of the planet" a soldier dressed in white armiur said, clutching tight to his gun.

"Alert the elders " the man standing before the solder reporting to him said and turned around, towards the various floating displays

"Yes sir! " the soldier said and ran out of the room.

One of the pursuing ship blasted, leaving no trace of any remnant. The spaceship that was being followed, tilted around, going narrowly in between two huge space rock and next the rock blasted, creating a distraction to the pursuers.

"We lost the ship, elders " the man that was earlier reported to said, standing right in the middle of the elders.

"Do a headcount of your soldiers and find who is missing "

"Already did, Aloma is missing" The dark skinned man replied and wore his helmet.

"He is hell bent on getting whatever went to earth from here, stand your men down, we shall not interfere with whatever happens outside Kekere"

"That's the last of them" Max said as he threw a red looking alien into what looked like an endless pitch.

In their cybernetic form, Josiah looked at the blue glowing sun and wondered how it was even possible, well here on this strange planet were inhabitants who eat from the top if their head, huge bulging eyes, and tentacles in replacement of hands.

"Thank you aliens for bringing an eternal rest to my world and my people at large" an alien said.

"You're are welcome, and we are humans not aliens, you ought to be the alien in this case" Max replied in a humble manner

"You help will forever be remembered, we have the finest girls, if you don't mind "

Josiah on hearing the statement, unknowingly went into a wild laughter, and at the same time irritated.

"You've done enough, we will be taking our leave"

Make placed the ship in auto pilot and stood from his seat, feeling unhappy, Josiah stood by the window of the ship and watched planet earth from afar, while Lara was seated on the air bed.

"We should get back home, even if it means going into Alien Interventions Custody, I mean, the whole world is on our side " Max said and let out a sigh.

"And besides we have parents, they would be worried " Lara added

Aloma swiped the monitor screen before him to the left, pinching out gears he needed, and dragging them on the metal table beside him, which took solid shapes as he dropped them.

Finally he had a huge Tesla gun with a wide barrel, tie inside filled with red hot steam. Aloma walked forward to the control seat and made himself comfortable, both control hears by the left and right sides of the seat.

"Its time" Aloma said and slide the power gauge of the ship to the fullest, making enter into light speed.

Josiah alighted the cloaked ship last, which they had made stealth on entering earth, and hid it in the woods, taking their normal form, they all went into the community.

"See, they are back " a kid shouted in joy and ran around.

Lara knocked softly on the metallic door of her home and sighed, waiting for it to come open, locking her fingers into each other.

The door finally came open, on seeing her big sister, the little girl jumped excitedly, throwing herself on Lara who made her stand firm, so as not to trip over.

"Come, you've been on the news lately, you and your friends, mom had been going in place of you to get your awards, and also we have a primary school here.... " the little girl said, leaping around as they both walked through the huge living room.

Max stood from afar, seeing his father who stared viciously at him, their house had taken a new shape, no one would believe the story of how it was

"What, do you expect me to run up to you or what? " his fragile looking father said and turned around.

"Same blood runs in all of them"

"I heard that"

Josiah walked into his house, he knew no one was home, no sibling, no family, just him. He sighed as he felt lonely and sank himself on the cushion.

He flipped open the blue glowing box and Happy appeared, still in form of the hologram.

"Hey Happy"

"You look sad, what exactly is wrong? " Happy asked, he hands behind her back.

Josiah nodded his head and laid himself on the chair, tilted his head towards Happy and clicked his tongue.

"Everyone has gone back to their family, mine are not here, so yes I'm lonely"

"Its a good thing I am here "

Josiah suddenly stood up and stared at Happy.

"Is there a way to, bring you out of that box?, make you depend on your own? " Josiah asked

"I'm not so sure! "

"There is only one way to find out" Josiah said and picked up the box and dashed out, heading straight to the tech hub.

A bright light suddenly beamed out from nowhere in space and immediately went dim completely, revealing a huge space craft.

"I feel your presence" Aloma said as he looked at planet earth.

"And that is the final piece" Josiah said and tapped the enter button on the keyboard.

Behind him was the blue glowing box, suspended in mid air, in the middle of two huge engines, which were spherical in shape.

Red lights beamed from both engines and each went through the box, letting out a loud engine revving noise.

The gravitational forces began to alternate, as light pieces flew right into the midst of the engines, disappearing with no trace. Josiah felt himself being dragged forward, he quickly turned his arm into the cybernetic form and held tight to the pillar closest to him.

A crowbar flew towards his face, inches before getting to his face, his face transformed and bounced off the crowbar as it smashed his face.

"That was close " Josiah said as he still held tight to the pillar, this time the force was greater than the first, ripping of parts of the wall.

Both engines began to apart randomly alwiyh persistence and next they gave out a loud explosion, shattering the whole building, brought it down entirely.

A military vehicle with the inscription N. A. E. I on the body drove into Peace Land, as friend X had named it, an honor bestowed on them by the entire community.

Halted before the cozy and portable technology hub where Friend X had made their home and from it, an averagely built man alighted the vehicle dressed in a complete black outfit and googles. Three guards tagged along behind him

The door opened on its own accord, giving them passage into the building, which buzzed with different activities, from real time gaming to science fair, it looked wider on the inside than it looked from outside.

"Hey" Lara said, calling the others attention.

"You've been making rounds these days" Agent Tam, as he had introduced himself said, adjusting the dark googles on his face.

"Thanks, so what do we owe you? " Josiah asked, he knew only something out of the ordinary could have made an agent introduced himself openly with proof.

"The alien tech with you" Agent Tam replied with a stern voice.

"What? " Lara asked and giggled softly.

"I'm no fool, five months ago, an alien tech feel in this community in the woods and after like what, six months? This place is a new tech society, doing techs no one has seen, I even heard you guys are working on a time travel machine and hyper speed " Agent Tam asked and leaned forward, leaving little space between his face and Josiah's.

"Alright, you've all over stayed your welcome, leave" Josiah said angrily.

The guards loaded their guns and raised it prepared for attack.

"Tell me, how you want to run? "

Lara swiped two left fingers on her right wrist and suddenly a bright light flashed in the entire room, making their opponents, blind for some brief moment.

The roof of the technology hub, suddenly burst open, next a blue fully metal coated Josiah flew out, with red flaming propellers under the legs, followed by Lara in her robot form and next Max who held tight to the blue box.

"Alert air strike, bring them down" Agent Tam shouted as he dashed out of the hub.

"Happy, set course for out space" Josiah said, as they all flew with great speed.

"Why space? " Lara asked, as they bursted through the clouds.

"Happy told me something about a clocked space ship, we should seek refuge there for now" Josiah replied.

Three red dots popped up before them, in the suit, while another three blue dots were ahead

"Happy what's this? " Max shouted

"Missiles, should I initiate counter strike? "

"Do you want us dead? " Max shouted in reply.
At the back of their suits, a huge rectangular barrel assembled, and rotated towards the incoming missiles and fired huge rounds of fire power, which made the missiles explode.

"Red strike come in"

"All missiles down"

"Happy, is there a way to make their systems go offline? " Josiah asked, straining as they all flew higher.

"Done"

"All systems offline, repeat we have lost control of every system, preparing to eject in 5,4,... "

Agent Tam screamed in annoyance as he heard the reports.

"Prepare space attack"

A guard moved closer to him and handed him a walkie talkie
"Yes President" Agent Tam replied and hanged up.

"Tell them to retreat"

Friend X laid on the metal floor of the ship, panting and filled with joy.

"That was sick man" Josiah shouted, jumping up.

"I thought no gravity in space? " Lara asked confused.

"Yes, but when in here in this ship, its otherwise" Happy replied.

Max walked towards the Ship's main control system and sat at the front seat, which seemed to be that of the pilot, looked at the numerous buttons and wondered how he knew what each was suppose to do, he placed his hands on the lever and suddenly the sop came alive.

"Welcome Regeneration, would you like to see activities that has been missed in the last past months? " the automated voice asked.

Both Lara and Josiah ran up to Max, watching with awe.

"Yes... Hmm hmm.. Yes please" Max replied.

A hologram displayed in the air and may red dot were marked on strange planets.

"Planet Gklu, was attacked by upper scavengers and nothing lives, two days ago, signs of attack was seen beyond the milky way galaxy, would you like to proceed to see situations of things, since the Space guards don't come closer to this section of space? "

"Yes"

"Wait dude, you can't just say that.. " Josiah was cut short his words.

"See buckled, going into hyper speed in 4,3.. "

Josiah generated an armiur around his arm, to add more strength as he bolted the front tyre of his stunt bike, unimpressed by the faded painting, he grunted and stood up annoyed.

For a while he thought about how life had treated him bad, his parents had to leave for the city, so as to cater for the family, returning only once in a month, hr knew he couldn't depend forever on the little that was given to him.

"Jossy!! " Max called out as both he and Lara walked into the garage.

"Yeah, afternoon " Josiah greeted and quickly changed his mood.

"Come on, we've been here for about ten minutes, what's bothering you? " Lara asked and leaned on the wall, her hands inside the pockets of her trouser.

"Was just thinking, we have to move to the city and find something better, look, my bike is due for change, I can't depend for ever on my parents, I'm not 23 already and jobless, think about this fam " Josiah lamented and made the gear around his hands to disassemble back into his body.

For a while, they all stood speechless, then Max broke the silence.

"That's why we are here, to discuss this with you, we might have a way out" Max said with a broad smile on his face.

"What? " Josiah asked, still not convinced.

"We have these extraordinary powers and gears, first we have to transform this pur small town, impact knowledge, we have advanced syllabus from this tech, we create, we build and we sell, its in us, only our dedication demanded, and even we have materials available " Max said, trying as much as possible to make his point clear.

"Come on, the dedication, its all too much"

"With great responsibility comes... "

"Don't you dare finish that statement" Josiah said and stretched his right hand forward at Max, which turned into a huge gun, with with barrel, which was beaming up with lavar.

A winged metallic man flew into the Court of Order, which had seven supreme elders seated on full technological advanced chairs, which floated in mid air.

These elders are responsible for seeing to the general activity of the planet, well advanced in all form of technology, although the ancient ways was still in them.

"Elders" the man said as he stood in the middle and his metallic wings retreated back into his body.

"Aloma, what news to you bring? "

From the man's forehead, the metals moved apart a little, a white light beamed out from it and next was a hologram before him, displaying planet earth.

"This is planet earth, the projections of the power beads, showed it fell here, and already in possessions of the inhabitant and technology like this in the wrong hands can spell doom" Aloma said and looked at the elders.

"Aloma, you should let this slide, as leader or the Space Patrol Troop, you should focus more on protecting our planet from scavengers and not some far less advaved planet, which is eons of speed light away " an elder said calmly.

"Elders, Haruna made these and killed was killed mysteriously, he has the strongest tools, yet he was killed, there is a threat within us and whatever those bead are, we need to get them before the mole those, we shouldn't take this matter with levity " Aloma said trying to convince the elders.

"No!! " all elders chorused

Aloma bowed his head and made his wings spread out, with a sad countenance he spoke.
"Pardon my words, eldera" he said in remorse and flew off from the court.

"Keep tabs on him, I don't trust him and why he is so keen about getting those beads? " an elder said.

A stunt bike flew into the air, with the rider, making a perfect 360 degree turn in the air and landed perfectly on the ground.

"Wow! you've become perfect" the girl among the group of three said, seated on her pink colored dirt bike.

"Yeah, practice" the boy next to her said, clinching tight to his black helmet, his oval face beaming with broad smile.

The last person removed his helmet and gasped for breath before alighting his bike.

"Alright, we're done for today, it's almost noon, Maxwell, bro, I'll drop by your side, I have a package to deliver to your dad" the boy said and tapped his helmet, then continued

"But first, we will make sbu Lara gets home safe"

The girl grumbled and angrily ignited her bike
"You both think I can't take care of myself, I don't need a babysitter" Lara said and hit the gear of her bike ready to take off.

"I'm sorry, but we promised your mom we would return together, you know you're the only one left" Max said calmly

Right since childhood, they had always been together, their cliche was a very tight and solid, although they had their difference, fought so rough, sometimes admitted to the hospital before they were back to normal, but somehow they still found themselves together.

They all grew up in a very remote area of Ondo State, far from the main city, basic amenities were things they couldn't afford, electricity, good water, health care, intensive education wasn't common, as most children would drop out after their Primary Six examination, the secondary schools were miles away and none could afford going and coming daily, even a boarding system was something they could not afford.

Friend X as they were mostly referred to, were among the lucky ones who attended a technical college after their Secondary education.

"Alright, enough of the argument, we leave now and this very moment " Josiah shouted at both of them, who were already in a heated argument.

"Stop being bossy" Lara shouted

A loud rumble suddenly took over from the sky, and what look like a meteorite drop down, with fire trailing behind it, moving down at a very rapid velocity.

"What's that? " Lara asked as they all looked at the sky.

"Everyone out, it's coming towards us" Josiah shouted and mounted his bike, followed by the rest.

Throttling their bike, so it could go as fast as it can, Max looked behind and saw their chance of not getting dead was a slim one.

BANG!! it touched down and sent shock wave all over the woods, sending Friend X of their bikes.

Thick dust rised into the air, covering almost the entire woods and could be seen distance away.

They all gathered around the deep crater, about five feet deep, each shielding their face away from the dust that was beginning to settle.

In the middle of the crater was a blue glowing box, having no single scratch on it, or faded painting, no one would have thought it fell with such force or height.

"That little thing did this damage, this is like third degree damage" Josiah said, and looked around at the uncountable fallen trees.

"Let's check it out" Max said and quickly found his way into the crater, carefully taking each steps so as not to trip over.

"Hey don't you th..... " before Lara could conclude her statement, Josiah was already in the crater, tagging behind Max, leaving no other option than to follow.

Josiah best down before the box and looked at Max, who was standing behind him, then focused back on the box.

"You should not touc.... "

Josiah lifted the box in the air and turned around

"You were saying? " he asked Lara who already looked frustrated

"This is strange, isn't something we should be even getting close to " Lara said, raising but hands in the air, to show her full expression.

"Chill, I know you are.... "

The box suddenly came open on it own, revealing three pairs of beads, which were glowing and dimming at intervals.

"These looks ancient and at the same time far beyond our technology" Max said in surpise.

"This strange but I'm sure its not some kind of technology or sort" Josiah replied and attempted to touch one of the beads.

"Bro, sincerely you shouldn't be doing that" Max said and placed his left hand on Josiah's shoulder.

It fell on deaf ears, Josiah reached out for the bead, before he could touch it, all beads elevated into the air and suddenly got stuck on their right wrist.

"Initializing " a robotic voice said and a female hologram suddenly popped out from the box.

The beads turned into a flat bracelet, that blended perfectly with the color of their skin.

"Where did it go? " Lara asked panting heavily.

"The Power beads has phased with your body systems, giving you enhanced abilities and structuring your armours" the hologram said with her hands folded behind her.

Whirling of helicopters began to fill the air, and from distance, they could hear approaching vehicles. Each looked at one another confused, and hastily, Josiah picked up the box and looked around.

"Come on, let's get out of here" he said and began climbing up the crater.

Early the next morning, both Lara and Max converged at Josiah's home. Josiah carefully opened the door, while he held to a tray of food and dropped it on the floor of his room.

Without prolonging matters, they all sat down round the food and devoured it completely. Max grabbed the cup next to him and gulped down the entire content in it and belched

"Eww, behave like someone who is educated" Lara said, disgusted by Max action.

"Didn't you guys eat before coming, you're lucky I thought of afternoon food" Josiah said and laid his back on the floor.

"Josiah, the alien stuff, bring it out, let's figure it once and for all, my wrist kept illuminating through out the night" Max said and stood up.

Josiah grunted as he stood up, walked to his wardrobe and brought out the box, which was still glowing and opened it and the lady hologram appeared.

"Good morning" the hologram said and began to become solid, taking the form of a real human, dressed in black leather clothings, neatly braided hair and a perfectly toned body.
"OK, this is weird, what are you? " Lara asked, talking a step forward.

"I don't have a name, I am only a guide to the Bead bearers" the lady said simply and with a smile.

"OK, how does this thing work? " Max asked.

"The bead is an advanced technology and having scanned through this entire planet, you are far behind, eons of years before this technology can ever be replicated" the lady said, paced round the room and continued

"It enhances your strength, and gives you an indestructible armor, the beads were designed mainly for the Space Patrol on Planet Kekere, but only my creator knows about the creating process, as I am the only one created before his death, and he sent me here"

They found it hard to comprehend what she said, each of them having series of questions.

"Why were you sent here? " Max asked and got a cheer from his friends.

"I don't know, that was all I could access from my memory drive"

"So how does this thing work, do we like say a command word or what? " Max asked again.

"Its easy, you swap up you wrist and the bead will swing into full action" The lady said.

They all looked at themselves and did as instructed. Bright light illuminated the entire room, as they transformed into some kind of metallic space human.

A blue metallic suit transformed from the bead, and covered up Josiah's body, a white shiny light beneath his chest, white metallic legs, and white arm guards, a helmet guarding his head.

Lara was transformed, a purple like color grafting around her skin, leaving only her braided her visible, which was adorned with beads, a green line running across the hips area up towards the shoulder.

And Max was changed into a combination of yellow and red metal suit, a metal horn like, protruding from his helmet.

"Wow!! " they all gasped at the transformation.
Each could access series of files, as different radar popped up before them, by the right the endurance bar of their suits at a hundred percent, the power core which laid beneath their chest at a hundred percent.

"You also have acess to unlimited powerful weapons, you could access them by communicating with me through your minds, I'm integrated into everyone's suit and I work with your thought individually "

An averagely built man walked into the control center of the organization, behind him was a lady who held a brown file close to her chest tagging smartly behind him.

They both stood before the very wide monitor, that took the entire length of the room, watching the activities that were done in the crater.

"What ever penetrated our atmosphere at such speed, isn't human and I'm sure isn't a living thing, how come its missing? " the man asked confused.

"I have been wanting to tell you that, human prints were found in the crater, there's every possibility that someone got there"

He shook the remnant in his mouth and sighed as be swallowed it, lost in thought he made flames ignite on his fingers and stood up.

His ears twitched and he stood still as he heard beach footsteps approaching from ooutside of his house, he heard the gate open and the footsteps approached into the main compound.

"Funny" Levi said and made himself comfortable on the white leather chair in his living room, with the liquor bottle on his left hand.

The fashioned door suddenly fell off it's frame, and a flash grenade was thrown into the living room, followed by tears gas.
"Maintain your stand, shoot anything that moves" a husky voice shouted, followed by heavy footsteps.

Emi stood at the edge of the only sky scrapper in the community, he dipped his phone into his pocket and looked at the overview of the entire city, hoping to see what ever he was looking for.


Gun spree suddenly filled the air, from the betting company which was a three storey building, five young unmasked men with pistols rushed out each holding to a huge leather bag.

Emi, moved back three steps, about to leap down, just then he noticed a swift movement.

Not seeing what hit them, the robbers fell hard to the ground, and by the entrance of the betting shop, the leather boxmmags were placed on each other.
"How in earth is someone this fast? " Emi asked within himself and paid close attention.
"There" Emi said and leaped down from the building.

Expecting to make a huge impact on the ground, Emi found himself floating at will in mid air.
"Good, now it's coming naturally" he said and flew at very fast pace, almost three times the speed of light.

He strained as he flew after the blue blue before him, as fast as he was, he still was far behind.

Levi appeared before a huge endless heavy metalled door, the entire environment was fury red, with tensed voices from every angle, cry of pains and agony.

The huge gate slowly came open and a centaur walked out, two swords on both hands, the horse part of him, covered in tough, impenetrable armour.
"What brings you here? " the centaur asked

Levi got furious by the question and made his eyes burned red.
"I created this existence, how dare you? " Levi barked and took his true form of darkness
The centaur immediately lowered his head and pleaded
"Is she ready for invasion? " Levi asked as he walked pass the centaur into the main section.

"Yes my lord, they are all ready" the centaur replied

Levi chuckled and sat on his golden magnificent throne.
"Good, prepare her"

Chapter 3

Andrew passed Emi the spanner beside him, adjusting the brakes of the motorcycle, Emi clicked his tongue as he stood up and sighed, feeling relieved with what he did.
"I don't know how this works, you have almost all the traits of my father"
Andrew scoffed and then smiled.
"Well, he ain't as funny as you are" Emi said again and walked to the exit.
"Now that you've taken your true form, what next? " Andrew asked and locked his palms together, making a soft sound.
"Sincerely I don't know, but somehow I feel it isn't tine for our true calling, I guess we just have to wait" Emi replied
For a while they both keep mute, then Emi broke the silence
"The person from the boutique, last week, I still haven't found a lead, I'll hit the streets if I can get a clue" Emi said and walked out.
Andrew heaved and tapped the metal table beside him.

Gold walked in angrily, dropped her school bag on the floor, few inches away from the door and sank herself into the chair.
"You're back " Deborah's voice came from the kitchen
"I sincerely hate school" Gold replied and walked into her room
"I understand that feeling" Deborah replied and collected the mug Tomi passed to her.
Tomi only smiled and excused herself.

"How was school? "
"Don't talk to me like I'm a girl" Gold replied and grumbled beneath her breath.
"Well I'm eons older than you" Tomi replied jokingly and passed Gold a red gown.
"Why dies life have to be unjust to me? " Gold asked as she put on the cloth around her neck and carefully placed her left hand where it ought to be.

Levi fumed with anger as reporters flocked in large numbers into the presidential Villa, each wanting explanation for the allegations that were on him, the public funds that were mismanaged, killing of statesmen, maneuvering things to his favour, all which had solid evidence no one, not even one so mighty could debunk.

His body guards guided his path as he made for the SUV that was parked distance away from the main entrance. The car immediately zoomed off, followed by five escorts.

Levi alighted the car and hurried into the house of representative building, with a deadly look on his face he undid his tie and threw it on the floor.

"Stay here" he ordered his guards, as he entered into another section of the building.
He found himself in a partially dark room, a huge conference table with three other people comfortable seated on black leather chairs.
"Senator, how on earth did this even happen, there's nothing we can do to counter these allegations?" Levi asked angrily and banged his hand on the table which made the table got loosed from the bolts that held it tight to the floor.

"Levi, you act like you're a god, but no, you're just like us, we have been in this game for years, we warned you" an elderly man dressed in blue agbada said and cleared his throat.
"I am a god! Now how do we find solution to this, I haven't even gotten to half phase of my initial project "
"We invited you here to tell you, we withdraw our support, you're on your own Levi"
Levi fumed with rage and suddenly Flame took over his body, and he slowly elevated into the air.
"You'll do my bidding, I am superior, until everyone bows to me, until I end this curse, no one leaves, and for you to have defiled me, death is what you deserve" Levi shouted and launched fireball at the elders.

All three elders, stretched their hands forward, and instantly the inferno that came at them died down, like nothing was there
"How come? " Levi asked himself with total shock.
The elders joined hands together and became one, with glowing presence, they took the form of an ancient being, Levi knew too well.
"Meta meta, elders of the gate between all orun" Levi said and grinned
"Your memory serves you well, traitor"
"You denied me access to Orun, you gave refuge to Emi, this might be my revenge hour, to deal treachery out of you" Levi said and suddenly dashed at the elders.
Sending his right fist, Meta meta moved aside swiftly and grabbed Levi by the leg and threw him against the wall.

He broke out through the wall into open ended environment, the car closest to him, Levi grabbed it and threw it at Meta meta and inches before it could get to them, he shot a fireball at it, which exploded the car.
The wave sent meta meta gliding backward and before they could gain balance, Levi caught them unaware and rammed his fist on meta meta's jaw.
"Are you getting old? " Levi shouted scornfully.

A scroll suddenly appeared on Meta meta's right hand and he spread it horizontally.
"I cast you into total shadow, I send your souls to apadi, may you never find rest.... "
"You can't complete that spell!!!!!! " Levi shouted and dashed at Meta meta.

A force smashed him back, and a white ball left his body, and faded
"Roam earth endlessly, may all your ambition be futile, you shall never stop and you'll never find, until you seek redemption "
Meta meta said and disappeared.

Emi stood before the standing mirror in his room with bare chest, he trailed his thumb on his broad chest, all this while he had been trapped inside the body of a kid, he looked at his neatly shaved beards andnext he focused on his dark eyes.
"You'll soon get used to it" Tomi said as she walked into his room and sat on the bed and looked out through the opened window.
"I guess so" Emi replied and turned around to face her.

For a while they both kept mute, staring at each other.
" Come, let's take a stroll" Emi said with a broad smile on his face, he retrieved a black leather shirt from his wardrobe and wore it, looked through his shoe rack, and picked his father's sneakers and wore it, since all his shoes were no longer what he could use.

Emi pulled the door that led into the boutique open and ushered Tomi in, while he followed suit.
"I was thinking, we were just going for a walk, why are we here? " Tomi asked curiously.
"We need clothes, you can't wear thiamine for ever, I'll get for Remi also, just go round and choose what you want".

The doors of the boutique suddenly shattered into piece, followed by a loud explosive sound.
Two gun men, dashed in and sprayed bullets into the air, to scare everyone.
"Everyone on your knees, you, take this and put in all the cash" one of the masker men shouted and passed a leather bag to the cashier, the the second moved about.

Emi stood up, after he was sure Tomi was alright.
"Stay behind, you can't get hurt" he said and used a muffler to wrap his face, so his identity would be hidden.
"I said stay down!" the second gun man shouted and shot Remi on the shoulder.
Immediately the bullet touched his shoulder, it bounced off already compressed like it was just paper.
The gun man found it hard to belief an fifes another shot, Emi groaned softly as the bullet hit his chest, and fell off, leaving bullet holes on his chest.
Emi folded his fist, and dashed at the man, launching his attack, Emi saw a glowing hand, moving with the pattern of his attack, about two inches faster than his.
Thevgunam suddenly flew off, crashing against a display shelf, which fell to the ground, once the impact was on it.

The second gunman was shocked, and took two steps backward, aiming his gun at emi as he moved backward towards the exit.
"Stay where you are, or I'll kill her" The gun man shouted and cocked his gun.

Emi stood still, and began to vibrate really fast, his body molecules immediately blended with the air and dashed with great speed, ordinary eyes could not see him.

Launching his attack, he saw the same glowing hand, about two inches faster than his, he looked sideways and was surprised to see blurry image by his side, only the attacking arm was solid and clear.
Emi doubled his speed and used his left arm to grab the arm, twisted his body around and smacked the gun man with his left elbow which broke the jaw, shifting gbe upper one off from the lower one.

Emi felt a hit on his stomach which made him lose balance.
He groaned and slowly stood up, Tomi ran unto him, covered in ice.
"Hey, are you alright? " she asked and helped him to his feet.
"There's someone else, super fast, but I couldn't see his face" he said and they both walked out of the boutique.

Deborah hit the enter button on her laptop and watched has the files displayed inbred laptop screen were being sent ringworm various destinations.
She turned her chair around and smiled at Andrew.

Chapter 2

Deborah dropped the call and smiled at Andrew, she knelt down beside him, arranging various brown files, and began snapping them with her camera one after the other.

"Did you get the file for the proposed federal Gas Station for 2014?" She asked Andrew.
"Yes, but there is something much more interesting, look here " Andrew said and passed a file to her.

For a while Deborah was speechless, as she gave a long gaze at the file, finding hard to believe what was in it.
"This is a recent document, signed by the supposed murdered minister of finance, how does a corpse sign document"
"I don't know, to us here he might be dead, but functioning outside the country, hard nut to crack"
They both heard footsteps coming towards them, followed by human chatters and quickly they hid themselves behind a shelf
"All these are confidential, we told Levi he couldn't keep this records, I don't know why he keeps them, over there those are the records for the crude oil transactions from Delta region, alter the records, send the alteration to the Delta region"

Emi walked slowly into the armoured black Maria, bounded in chains, while Remi and Tomi followed behind him, with thirty other prisoners. Each going into the iron cell in the huge vehicle, and immediately were locked behind bars.
"Cheer up, your life was worthless already, I'll enjoy watching the next game, Sammy, I placed a huge stack on you, break as much bones as you can" one of the police officers said, as he tapped the poled Taker against the bars.

The vehicle ignited and everywhere in it went dark

Dan pulled the car roughly on the highway and drove skillfully, overtaking cars, while driving at 120 km.
"my source is always right, the beast Maria is on its way already, we will intersect them at Lone way, about seven guards in the van" Dan said and looked at the GPS on the car dashboard.
"They will be heavily armed, how will you take them all? " Gold asked and looked at Dan who was concentrated on the driving.
"Check the booth"
Gold smiled, seeing what was in the booth and looked at Dan.

Getting closer, Dan handed the steering over to Gold, squeezed himself out, got to the back and brought out the rocket launcher from the back seat.

Straining hard, he brought made himself comfortable on the window frame and placed the launcher on his shoulder.

Dan squinted his right eyes, while the left was closed and pulled the trigger of the launcher, the force pulling him backward.
The beast Maria turned upside down from the force of the rocket, turned around several times, with huge junks of metals falling apart, two tires flew into the air, burning with flames.

Everywhere calmed, and Gold halted the car some few meters away from the wrecked beast Maria.
"that's hell of a damage" Gold said and alighted, tagging behind Dan, who had a pistol on his left hand.

A huge meal suddenly flew off from the remnant wrecked vehicle and a man with partially burnt cloth, came out and another followed, then a girl pulled herself up, stretching her body.

Dan cocked his gun and pointed it at those standing before them.

"You guys came for us" the first man that came out said with a broad smile and leaped forward.

"Sorry, we don't know you, I'm here for my brothers and sister"

"Wait, Emi, something is wrong" the lady said and looked at her hands and touched her face.

Andrew placed the newspaper with him on the table in his garage and retrieved his phone which was vibrating and answered the call.
"Deborah, hello" he said calmly and sighed
"Alright I'll come over" he said and hanged up.


Andrew walked into the living room and met Deborah seated in the dining room, deep in thought, a white mug cup on her hands which was bringing out light steam from it.
"Hi" Andrew said and placed a soft tap on the wooden board that was hanged on the wall.
"Andrew" Deborah said, and stood up, let out a sigh and locked her palms into each other.
"How are you coping? " he asked.
Deborah blinked her eyes, feeling frustrated. She walked closer to Andrew and hugged him tightly and maintained the position for about three minutes.
"I'm sorry" she said as she slowly broke the hug.
"It's alright, you needed that, how do we go about the kids, left to me, I have no worries"

Deborah sat down back, and stared at Andrew for a while.
"I'm a mother, I just don't know what else to do, it feels like someone knew my game plan all along" Deborah said

"Then change the tactics, the children are doing fine, I'm sure, but I want you to know this is only a process to make them stronger and you know how the government works in here, they do as they wish" Andrew said and sat by the edge of the dining table.
Deborah giggled and stared at the ceiling
"I did some digging, I'd just show the world everything that is hiding and I'll watch as the masses stone them to death "

Gold sat at the top floor of the night club, not interested in anything else than to drink herself to stupor, the main hall below buzzed with loud Hip Hop music and filled with different kind of people enjoying to the club life.

Gold slowly raised her head, with dizzy eyes and saw Dan standing before her.
"There's two of you, I thought mom already laid you off" Gold replied and gulped.
"Come on" Dan said and raised her right hand up, in a attempt to lift her up.

Two boys climbed the stairs which led to the upper floor and headed towards Dan, while he was still struggling to lift her up.
"Hey, let the girl go" one said and placed his hand on Dan's shoulder.
"Just mind your business, this have nothing to do with you"
"Lie, he tried to rape me" Gold said and winked at Dan, and let out a smile from the right corner of her lips.

Dan sighed as he was pushed to the chair

With swiftness, he grabbed a bottle from the table and smacked it on the head of the boy closest to him, held him by the neck and smashed him against the table.
Before the other could attack, Dan did a flip, his feet finding a critical spot on the boy's neck, which sent him unconcious.

"You" Dan said and pointed to Gold
"What? I needed to see some actions, it's been long" Gold replied and walked closer, her steps not still steady.

Chapter One

Emi watched as the prison life buzzed with so many weird activities, from gambling, to fighting, and at times inmate trying to showcase how strong they were, it was another life entirely, not the type a sane person would wish for.
Seated at the last wing of the dinning hall, a very huge one, out of seven halls in the prison, could conveniently contain a thousand people.
"I thought prisons like this were myth in our country" Remi asked silently.
"I heard the rat saying to a new inmate that, it wasn't built by the federal government, it's a deal with some anonymous bodies , it's meant for peeps who are sentenced to death, so they engage them in deadly games, since our lives matter no more" Tomi replied and placed her food tray on the table.
"And I thought underage kids were not liable to prison, or sort" Tomi said.
"Welcome to my country, nothing works except embezzlement, it's the way of life here" Remi replied.

The entire hall suddenly went dark and next was the heavy metallic door which came open, then heavy footsteps could be heard running into the hall, screams could be heard, as heavy metals were smashed randomly on anyone.
To the triplets, they could see everything clearly, like it was daytime, their eyes blending perfectly with the dark, with aided smell organs which transmitted color factors into the brains, which in turn tranmits into the eye.

About ten men, were cuffed and bundled out of the hall, and immediately light was restored.
"We are in hell" Emi said and looked at others.
"Emi, we could just burst out way through, why do we have to remain here? " Tomi said and began growing cold.

FEW MONTHS BACK

The brilliance of the soothing weather, filled the day, the sun directed it's ray, piercing through the grapevine crop, that have grown to cover my window line like ornamental plants they form a silhouette in my room, in form of shadow, ray lines were formed on every object obstructing the shine of the sun, right in the room, I was awake, it was 8am a very sunny morning, i was grateful to the creator for letting me see another day. Ok ok… I know you wanna know about me, let's go this way, My names are Hannah Adegoroye,I hail from the Yoruba tribe of Nigeria,as a matter of fact I'm from Ondo state to be precise.

My father, Dr Adegoroye works as a medical doctor in a teaching hospital right here in Ondo,and my mum, she's a full time house wife although she's late now. I had friends too who are especially from my secondary school, I attended Mabest College at Akure, my days there were hearty, at least I was made the Senior girl at ss2 3rd term. Not to bore you with my background, let's move on to the story properly, but Just don't forget i had a boyfriend Kingsley,he is calm and caring, he will go miles for me, and I had the thought that we were going to get married.
After performing every formalities I became a bonafide student of the great University of Ibadan and as a final year student,things were somehow hard for me but I adjusted, I was always top of my class but was on a low key, I wondered how Kingsley found me.
It all started when I was in the class one day, no lecturer was present that time so in order to while away the time I plugged in my earphone hoping to listen to music until I was notified about the new video of my favourite comedian Witty I quickly surf into instagram .....
I watched the video and...
Oh.. Oh.. This got me and I started laughing, I was still laughing resting my head on the table when someone tapped me,I was shocked at first until I looked up and it was Faith, my best friend..
"Hey!, you scared me",I said..

"But I have to ,it's nothing though",I said to myself.
I continued watching the video and another one got me laughing, until the rowdy class became silent, I mean dead silent that the silent pierced through and became noticeable to me, I had to remove my earphone to see the lecturer,he was already standing on the podium.
He started talking but my mind wasn't there all I could think of was the party coming up this weekend.















EPISODE TWO
HANNAH'S POV

Now it was time for the party, the first party I'll ever attend since I gained admission into the university. I wore a white flowing dinner gown with a black heel shoe and topped it up with a goldplated wristwatch along with a channel bag, I applied little makeup and looked into the mirror I must confess, I looked pretty than ever.
Few minutes later I walked majestically into the party and the turn out was BOOM!!!, students from our departments flocked the place, some were drinking smoking, murmuring and all sorts, I quickly fished out Faith from where I was.
"Hey princess",I said
"Oh!, Hanne, I'm so happy you honoured my invitation ",she said with her beautiful smile pouring over me.
"Happy birthday babe",I said handing the gift I brought over to her.
"Thanks Hanne, you're a rare gem",she said and gave me a hug, "Kingsley is over there",she concluded pointing towards the east and I was surprised with what I saw.
Kingsley??, he was smoking and at the same time drinking, I was dumbfounded, I've never seen this side of him.
"Oh!, thanks ",I replied hiding the fact that I was surprised with what I saw.
I went to a secluded area, sat down and kept looking at Kingsley. I was just surprised, I was lost in thoughts until a voice jacked me back.
"Hey!"
"Faith, will you just stop scaring me",I said
"Sorry babe",she said and smiled again, "Have this",she said handing over the tray which contains pepper soup and juice to me."Thanks Faith",I said and collected it from her.
"Do well to tell me when you need anything okay? "
"Alright"
"I'll be right back",she said and turned to leave.
I gulp the juice as soon as she left and resumed to the pepper soup but I started feeling weak before I could finish it. As a medicine student I knew I've been drugged but I was late in detecting that, my cells were already dying but my brain was still working, I couldn't control my dizziness. All I could remember was that I fell into someone's hand.


I heard some panting and I felt a thrust on me. My eyes were half opened and I faintly saw Kingsley..

She found herself standing before a tall alter, having a sword at the top, from where she stood, one could guess the alter to be about 25 feet tall.
"Why does it have to be this tall? " she asked herself and looked around the cave, hoping to find a solution, since the texture of the alter looked slippery and had no rough edges which she could climb on.

She walked closer to the alter and looked closely at the inscription on it, knowing what it was, the first writing of their ancestors, she looked around for any source of water, and smiled to herself.
"It says water, not any type of water, no specific type " she said and she grabbed a broken calabash and walked backward.
"I plead the gods don't be angry" she said and made a face of ecstasy.
Few seconds later, she bent down and raised the calabash filled with her urine and poured it on the alter.
Expecting something strange to happen, she bit her lips and suddenly the alter began to reduce, going into the ground.
"Whip of thunder" she said in gladness as the alter stood at her height.
She rubbed the blood on her face against her palm and instantly grabbed the huge sword with both hands.

Thunder struck outside, turning the broad day light into darkness all over the village.

The palace door suddenly came open, and the Chief Priest walked in, looking from side to side as the maids lit up the oil torch on the wall, supporting himself with his walking stick, he prostrated before the king.
"Chief Priest, this is strange" the king said and rised from his throne, his golden crown, adorned with precious stones, sitting perfectly on his head, having the structure of a warrior, the kind flexed his broad muscles as he walked about the palace
"It's not strange my lord"

The Chief Priest stood up and spoke
"The second degree, of the fifth class of Sango's sword has been retrieved, The Whip of Thunder now has a owner" The Chief Priest said calmly.
"IMPOSSIBLE!! "the king thundered and went mad with rage

She came through the rock from below into the desert and landed, with a little staggering.

She looked up as the dark clouds rapidly began fading off
"In the name of the king, you're ordered to hand over that sword" a baritone voice said behind her.
Quickly she pulled up the black piece of cloth around her neck and covered her face from the nose down. She turned around and faced the King's soldier, the commander taking the lead, with about ten other soldiers seated on their horses.
"Which King, if he needed this so badly he should have come to get it for himself" Ileri replied and her purple eyes began glowing, her sense also became heightened
"You dare speak to the king in such a way, get her, dead or alive that sword leaves with us, that's an order"

The king suddenly dashed at the commander, almost been invisible, he grabbed the commander's sword from the sheath on his waist and slashed the spider closest to the commander in the neck, separating his head from the body.
Fear gripped the soldiers, anyone could be next, they knew how irrational Oba Gbenro could be, when he went into his berseker mode, nothing could stand on his oath.
The king trailed his fingers on the commanders shoulder from behind and whispered into his ears
"How strong could she be, how smart could she be? " he asked in a creepy tone.

The oil lamps in the palace began to burn furiously, as the king spoke with rage, each one burning fiercely in rhythm with how the king used his tone.
The commander gulped and began to breath heavily
"Today isn't the day you die, I want the sword by all means" Oba Gbenro said and sighed, trying to calm his emotion.
"We won't fail you, my king"
"You shouldn't, I don't take defeat lightly"

Ileri walked into the bar by the sea, still covering her face from the nose down, she walked up to the bar and passed three bronze coin to the bartender.
"Rum" she said and began tapping her hands on the wooden table, her sword hanging from her back, zapping out thunderbolts tag seems not to hurt her in any way.

The bar door, suddenly came open, a man looking wet ran in panting heavily.
"Everyone, I saw the sea monitor, and it tore my ship into two, together we can face this monster"

A huge man with a missing eye stood up and walked up to the man
"You know me for my fearless act, but this sea monitor is a no go area, see this" the man said pointing to his missing eye
"That bastard did this to me" The man said and turned around so everyone could see it.

"This sea monitor is just as strong as we perceive it, in numbers we can overcome it"

"Give me a ship, and I'll bring it's head to you" Ileri's voice interrupted them.

Looking at her, the bartender chuckled and dropped the wooden cup on her table. The man with he missing eye walked up to her and held her by the arm
"And by whose authority do you speak, a lady has no say in this"

With swift movement, Ileri grabbed the man by the head and banged it on her table, breaking it into many pieces

The man groaned, surprised by how easily Ileri countered him and pulled a man of such weight and height to the ground.

Ileri retrieved her sword and swing it skillfully.
"Isn't that Whip of thunder " someone in the bar said in shock

"It has no counterfeit, but how did she have her hands on that? " another whispered

The huge man stood beside Ileri and looked at her, folded his arms into each other and placed his hand on her shoulder.
"I'll let my pride down, what else do you need? "

Standing on the hull of the ship, Ileri shouted from the top, directing the sailor where to turn to
"I see something like it, head north " Ileri shouted and slide down from the hull.

"The thing might be big, but not smart, definitely not smart, do we have any Archer?" Ileri asked the huge man, Mare

"Sure" Mare replied and screamed "IGE!! "

Getting closer to the sea monitor, Ileri held tight to her sword and began tilting it around, gathering enough thunder current into it.
"First we have to annoy it, then I'll take it from there" Ileri said to the Archer, who kept focusing on his bottle of rum.
"are you even listening? "
"Just tell me what to do lady" Ige replied harshly and pulled the strong of his bow, standing before the ram of the ship.

The sea monitor, growled loudly, it's razor sharp irregular teeth filled with sticky saliva, the body covered up in full thick scale, the numerous tentacles, similar to the blades of mighty warriors joined in one.

Ige pulled the string of his bow, releasing the arrow, hitting an eyes among many on the sea monitor. The monster growled in rage and began dashing furiously at the ship, making huge wave spread around.
Ileri tied a rope around her waist, whike Mare held the it firmly, swiftly Ileri dived overboard, stopping few inches away from the sea while the ship was moving, she slashed the sword against the sea, releasing high thunder voltage into it.

Striking the sea monitor, the thunder Bolt, literary smoked it, burning it down, without giving it any chance to struggle for survival.
"Yeeeahhhhhhhhh" everyone on board shouted with joy as the monitor fell hard on the sea.

A tall lanky man dressed in black suit, walked into the dark part of the night club, escorted by three guards, he made himself comfortable on the sofa chair and picked a coke from the ash tray on the table before him and lit it, moments later three other men walked in and took their seats opposite him.
"Gentle men, you're late" the man said and puffed out smoke from his mouth and relaxed
"Few minutes, can we go into the reason why we are here? " the man seated by the right side said looking impatient
"Things are going the way I want them to be, the way Levi wants it to be precisely " the lanky man said and chuckled
"Gbada!" the man seated by the right called to the lanky man and sighed before speaking.
"We don't know what Levi is trying to do, first he killed that lady's husband, next he made her become a president, first formal president, and now he is framing up her children, don't you think this is getting out of hand"

"Well the game is just beginning, let enjoy some beer first, cheers to the first progress and we can concur with the main plan"

For a while everyone was mute and the third person spoke.
"I understand Levi's game perfectly, he seems to have a long record of hatred for that lineage and he is breaking them bit by bit "

Remi, Emi and Tomi were led into the black Maria with cuffs on them, while Dan and Gold watched with disbelief, everything was happening so fast, unsure about Tte turn out of events.
Early in the morning, the police had heavily surrounded their home, after rendering a search warrant, they began searching the entire building, only for the body of a dead girl, butchered mercilessly and with missing private parts, to be found in Emi's garage, and nothing he said could save him, blood stains were found on both he, Remi and Tomi's hands.

Deborah was dumbfounded where she sat, this wasn't the right, she knew it, finding it hard to think straight. She stood up and walked out to face the crowd which were gathered at the presidential Villa.

The crowd gradually went silent as she mounted the podium and began to give her speech.

"We all know of the horrible incident which my children are facing, well, we all know it false " at this the crowd went into uproar and patiently she kept calm till they were done.
"Times like this are trying, and I'm sure the police are doing their best and every culprits be brought to book, it saddens my heart to announce to the nation that I'll be stepping down from this presidential post, thank you for your love, support and well wishes"
Reporters ran forward, already set with their tapes and video camera, and began asking bundle of questions from Deborah, who walked off quickly as fast as her legs could carry her.

Three months later

Deborah looked at her wrist watch and smiled to herself, the meeting was supposed to kick off immediately by 12pm and two hours already gone, she was still the only one seated in the huge conference room, within two months of her presidential duties, she had stepped on so many toes, changed so many things, and in that two months had made sure she brought corrupt officials to law, stripping them of all their properties, frozen their accounts, and their businesses, and every other assets they had, forcing them back into the society they had forgotten, that was the punishment she saw fit, forcing them back to the background was enough correctional facility.

"Give me the list of everyone that were suppose to be here and are yet to be" she said to her female personal assistant and immediately she passed a file before her.
"211 of them, tell the secretary to prepare their appointment termination letter" Deborah said and stood up.

Dan, Tomi and Gold sat among the spectators in the school football field, while Emi and Remi were seated on the player bench as substitutes with three other players, Emi bet down and began lacing his orange and white stripped boot, after being ordered by the coach to get prepared.
"I detest football, I'm only here because I have no other option " Gold said and dipped her hand into the popcorn with Dan and took more than her hands could carry and gave some to Tomi.

"Well, I'm a lover of sport, the boys are going in"

"You and I know this isn't a game, putting two extraordinary beings in there" Gold replied and rolled her eyes.

Remi quickly picked up the ball and gave Emi a short throw, skillfully dribbling his opponent, Emi kicked the ball across to the player nearest to their opposition goalpost.
The invited players, within the span of twelve minutes which Emi and Remi came in, were already exhausted, finding it difficult to match their speed and strength

"Those twins are too good, it'll be a disgrace if we continue this way " the coach of the guest school said, feeling embarrassed

Both Emi and Remi suddenly stopped attacking and looked around, something was odd, they could tell
"Something is approaching from beneath" Tomi said and stood up.
"Something is wron……….."
A loud explosion followed next, from beneath, sending everyone off balance and immediately everyone was sent into panic, not waiting to see what was wrong, they ran as fast as their legs could carry them, forcing their way through the exit of the stadium.
Tomi ran up to the boys, both Dan and Gold tagging behind her, within minutes the stadium was empty, except for the few lifeless bodies laying on the ground.

The stadium, was already in a very bad shape, one could hardly tell it was a stadium.
"Any idea what that was? " Tomi asked and made ice cover her body, acting as protective shield
"Tomi stay behind us, pain on you means pain on us" Remi said and pulled her behind him.

Someone dressed in a red costume, what looked like a fang created on the chest, golden arm guards and a matching helmet, slowly elevated from the ground through the crater on the field and elevated into mid air.

"That person" Emi said and tore his jersey, revealing his costume, made his eyes glow red, and also Remi did same, while Tomi shielded her face with ice, leaving space for only her eyes which already turned bright blue.

Chapter Seven
Emi sat on the plastic chair in his room, while Tomi was fast asleep on the bed, he stood up and covered her body with his blanket, just then Gladys and Deborah walked in.
"Emi" Deborah called him and sighed as he turned around to face them.
"The election is tomorrow, and we need you and hopefully others, threats are rising" Deborah said calmly.
"I don't know how things work among you all, but aren't they young for these tasks you're putting them through? " Gladys asked, trying not to sound offensive

"Do you know, they are older than all of us put together, Gladys, the task ahead of them is greater than securing voting perimeters, don't worry your daughter is safe, you should be on your way, you have a plane to catch" Deborah said and gave Gladys a warm hug.

"I'm a mother, it's hard leaving my daughter, cause of some strange curse or whatever the stories are, please keep her safe"
Deborah's phone rang, she smiled seeing the who the caller was and walked out of the room before receiving the call.
"Emi, seems you both share a special bond together, it's not hard to tell, I have seen the way you've been over protective, keep her safe"

Deborah kept a broad smile on a face, as a well built, chocolate skinned man walked into her home, neatly trimmed beards, a neatly tailored blue Ankara fabrics and black pairs of shoes. He hugged Deborah warmly and ordered his guards to wait outside till he was done.
"It's nice finally seeing you after months" Deborah said and let out a smile.
All this while she had been playing along, she knew this person who had been behind her and the political race had something to do with John's death and once she had attained the position she was aspiring, she was going to bring them all to book, one after another.

"A proper introduction will do at this point, I'm Levi" the man said and sat down a while after Deborah had offered him the seat.

Emi stopped tuning his bike and felt odd within, feeling same presence Emi felt, Remi stood up and looked at Remi who also stood up.
"You feel it too? " Emi asked and took a step forward.
"That presence is familiar, it's coming from the house, where are the girls? " Remi asked, walking closer to Emi

Levi looked around the room and focused on Emi's portrait which was on the wall and walked up to it.

"We apologise for the interruption in broadcast, something really strange is happening, the whole expressway, leading into Akure metropolis city has been completely covered in ice, while it still remains unclear if the lady here is responsible, the government has sent in a response team…."
"That's her" Emi said and stood up, looking at the television, while the broadcaster still spoke about the incident.
"Alright, what do we do? " Gold asked confused.
"We Bring her in, if the response team already has her, we will attack and bring her out" Remi suggested and looked at everyone as they kept mute

Dan drove roughly on the highway, ignoring the traffic lights, both dressed in their costume which Daniel made for them, Emi adjusted the pants and heaved as he felt relieved.
"So, we can fly, but we still go by car" Remi said and leaned on the front seat.
"I can't do it on command, just once, but I can leap " Emi replied and coughed slightly
"Well, I also can't do it on command "

"There's the black Maria up ahead, find a way of stopping it, without any casualty " Dan said as he got closer.

Tomi looked up at her mother and smiled, looked at the police officer that sat beside her, the handcuff began to freeze, while her hands were beneath her legs, already free, she held the officer by the arm and instantly he went unconscious.
"They found me" she said and suddenly the door of the Maria flew off.

Emi opened his mouth wide, as he saw Tomi holding tight to the edge of the door frame, as the vehicle moved.
"She's beautiful" he said unknowing he said it loudly.
The back Maria suddenly halted, and Tomi loosed balance, falling off from the vehicle.
