Then tell people not to accept loans from the ones that "Don't follow law" as you said.

It's criminal for a person to take a loan then when it's time to pay back the loan the person that took the loan suddenly realises that the loan company "Does not follow law"

You Nigerians are largely thieves!

Perhaps people should not borrow if you can't guarantee repayment at due time

Loan Apps and Harassments

Loans Apps have purged into Nigeria society with most of them doing more damage than good.

Most of these loan apps were developed after Covid-19, luring several people who lost their jobs and needed money. These apps offer easy and quick loans, they (the fraudsters) trap people with violation of privacy, and exorbitant interest rates.

Many of us have encountered many stories on harassment by loans apps and also victims of loans Apps harassments.

Most of the loans apps in Nigeria are operating illegally. Their illegal operations have put many Nigerians to debt and send many to bankruptcy.
Nigerians are hereby advised to subscribe to loans apps with regulatory assessment and approval by FCCPC agency.

Recall, the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), National Information and Technology Development Agency (NITDA), and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Related Offences Commission (ICPC) with the Nigeria Police recently raided some illegal loan apps in Lagos.

According to Punch , digital lending platforms like GoCash, Okash, EasyCredit, Easi Moni, KashKash, and Speedy Choice were among the busted companies.

How do you Report Loan apps?

People taking loans should not get afraid of such apps, if they have taken loans from them and are harassed, they should do the following :

Report the incidents to the The FCCPC agency by sending You can send a mail to lenderstaskforce@fccpc.gov.ng detailing your encounter with the loan app.

Another Option is Reporting to App Store(Playstore)

The agency also entered and served wide-ranging orders on Google LLC (Play Store) and Apple Inc. (App Store) to enforce the withdrawal of certain applications that violates rights of customers where evidence of inappropriate conduct has been established.

Reports have shown Users don't go through privacy policy when installing or using an App.
Nigerians care less about the privacy policy on Google Play apps and WhatsApp

The privacy policy on the Google Play stipulates that apps that offer financial services on its platform should disclose to users what it intends to use their personal information for.
If found that the loan apps violates your privacy you can report the app for inappropriate misconduct with substantial evidence for take down of the Application.

CelebritiesRe: Daddy Freeze Replies Zack Orji - Pity Will Not Solve Tithing, Give Us Quotations by Devman: 8:08pm On Dec 21, 2017
Jesus himself did not condem tithe.
Mark 12:41-44
"Jesus sat down opposite the place where the offerings were put and watched the crowd putting their money into the temple treasury. Many rich people threw in large amounts. But a poor widow came and put in two very small copper coins, worth only a fraction of a penny. Calling his disciples to him, Jesus said, "I tell you the truth, this poor widow has put more into the treasury than all the others. They all gave out of their wealth; but she, out of her poverty, put in everything—all she had to live on."
Jesus understood that even though this widow gave a small amount compared to the others, her heart was more giving because she gave a larger percentage of what she had than all the others. This verse is also interesting because this widow gave all she had to live on. There are many people today who say they can't afford to tithe but this woman realized she couldn't afford not to.
God knows we are naturally inclined to be selfish and will want to keep our money. So while, yes, we should give cheerfully, sometimes we need to take the step and actually give regardless of our internal feelings. The act of giving allows God to change our hearts so that ultimately we end up doing so cheerfully. Many of us, if we let our natural minds decide how much to give, would likely opt for a lot less than 10%. Having a standard keeps us accountable.
