I think there was a similar illustration of what to do when u get an acess denied error on the Upload page. Its based mainlky on the certficate identification and naming

In as much as it is too early to judge whether buhari is d better one over GEJ, I would like to establish a fact that GEJ's admnistration is a very poor, shabby, confused, lacklustre, indecisive, non challlant and fullof thieves. Many lives were lost,many busnesses were damaged,many future was rendered useless because of d high handedness of this so called political jagabans. Looted treasury, damaged millitary, high level of corruption.
