As a physiology 200 level student, wanting to get into the accounting world by writing ACCA, please what are the possible job prospects after graduation. And any advice regards passing ACCA exams would also be appreciated.

Seems to me that you all prefer OOP, well, that is a challenge for me, maybe i would try to learn and see for myself. The first time i tried to, i was scared off and preffered to be in my comfort zone which is the procedural method. @pcguru i wouldn't mind if i can get some good ebooks or materials on OOP.

Php, tried to learn using oop, just didnt get the objects, classes, private, public, e.t.c. In short didnt understand the whole concept.

For me i stick with the procedural method. Tried Object Oriented Programming just didnt get the heck of it. Which of this coding methods do you use?

I was thinking, if Nigerian webmasters could start an open source web application, where any interested persons could participate in the development of the application.

Download and install wampserver, then you can run your scripts locally on your computer, like it were hosted on real server. WAMP means Windows Apache Mysql Php.

Google wampserver. When you download and install it. It would install apache, php, and mysql. It makes your computer a local server.

@Dual core, yeah its sounds good, but the uptime issue is it guaranteed? Because the site i need to host would require that its online and available for access almost 24 hrs throughout the day.
