i dont think there's discrimination in all of ukraine. it's just like nigeria. would u tell me that all the states in nigeria are the same? while there is violence in some states there is peace in some states. so dont always allow rumors to stop u from achieving your goal if u want to be successful u must learn to take risk in life.
the greatest risk u can take is not to take risk atall. as for scolarship, if u do better in your first year u can have a scholarship. they have courses in electronics and engineering. so i encorage any one to give it a chance.
