Good day everyone, so two months ago, I was badly in need of an accommodation, and what was easily available as at the time, through the agent that I contacted, was someone who wanted to rent out a room in a three bedroom flat. So I paid the agent, who paid the owner of the flat. What the flat owner said was that, the rent expired that same month, and he was going to add my money to his, for the renewal of the rent. We also agreed to have a written and signed agreement. However, due to the guy "very busy" schedule, we fixed another day for the agreement to be drafted and signed.
