Funny enough he is right... Inasmuch as the govt is responsible for the scarcity.. the stAtions are culpAble also... Fuel sells for 148 naira per liter at the depot.. meaning with expenses and transport within Lagos and environs it shouldn't sell for more than 170 per liter. But the filling stAtions want abnormal profit hence their greediness and decision to hoard.. we as a people are our own problem.. we are wicked and heartless... Only God can help us..

This same Dss stamps every way bill before any truck lifts products out of the depot .. they know how much fuel sells for at nnpc depot due to the illegal 20 naira roja nnpc staff collect per truck.. so fuel of 82 naira is hiked to 102 naira and that difference is shared by them.. And u expect Filling stations to sell at 87 naira when a group of wicked and heartless people have sabotaged d whole system.
