BusinessRe: Man Exposes The Scam In Pure Water Sachet, What He Discovered Will Shock You by dgitrader(m):
What matters is cleanliness of the water, not the quantity. It could be 50cl or 60cl , depends on the location. I have taken that of delta and that of Lagos, believe me, that delta one is not for me, it's too much to be consumed at a go, it doesn't make sense as most people can't finish it.
And it's not about delta Vs Lagos here, up north some states have similar size with that of Lagos. Do your findings. It's about preferences

The 11th commandment.... Don't get caught!

If all students equally guilty of this wicked act are to be identified and expelled nationwide, boys population in senior secondary schools will drop over 20% overnight. That's the sad reality. Bullying is everywhere, and it's institutionalised in some type of boarding schools especially. Just as Stealing for fun of it too.

It's an unfortunate act, I specially feel sorry for the victim. Let justice be done, but let's overhaul our public institutions. Too much injustice and impunity everywhere

Rich4god:
If you carefully look at what happened in Gwoza, you will see that boko boys from grown from a small group to a heavy fighting force. They now have gun trucks drowns night vision equipment. Some of there equipment, our soldiers don't have it. And worst of it all, they are growing in numbers. This is the scary part. Because numerous foot soldiers with AKs and light weapons can do more damage than ever imagine. The casualties from that Gwoza attack on that night is far more than the casualties that Iran suffered from US/Israel bombing. This shows that even countries in active war, don't suffer casualties like what terrorist inflict on Nigerians.
Very true!

Also Three factors recently gives the terrorists upper hand against the Nigerian state
1. BokoHaram and ISWAP are finally finding common ground and reducing their rivalry
2. Use of drones, starlinks and other intells have increased and more advanced, due to widespread regional hatred for the man in Aso rock
3. More than ever before , the NA is seriously flanked out, too diffused and undermanned. Thanks to lakurawa, Fulani militants, kwara/Nigeria mauruders, rustlers and ilegal miners

Aprokonaijamedi:
In 2026, the landscape of iPhone battery life has shifted significantly. With the release of the iPhone 17 series and the continued reliability of older “Plus” and “Max” models, users have more choices than ever for devices that can comfortably clear a full day of heavy use.

Apple’s transition to the A19 Pro chip and iOS 26’s AI-driven power management has pushed efficiency to new heights, making even some of the thinner models surprisingly resilient. Here is the definitive list of iPhones with the strongest battery life you can buy or use right now.

1. iPhone 17 Pro Max
The iPhone 17 Pro Max is the first iPhone to break the 5,000 mAh barrier (in its eSIM-only configuration). Powered by the A19 Pro chip, it doesn’t just rely on a bigger tank; it uses a more efficient 3nm process to sip power during background tasks. In 2026, this is the only model that can realistically hit two days of light-to-moderate use without touching a MagSafe puck.

2. iPhone 16 Pro Max
Even a year after its prime, the iPhone 16 Pro Max remains a top-tier choice. Its 4,685 mAh battery was a major leap over the 15 series, and with the latest iOS 26 updates, its “Smart App Management” prevents legacy apps from draining the battery in the background. It is widely considered the best value for Pro users who want elite endurance without the 17 Pro Max price tag.

3. iPhone 17 Pro
Historically, the smaller “Pro” (non-Max) struggled to keep up. However, the 2026 iPhone 17 Pro features a 4,252 mAh battery—a significant jump that brings its endurance closer to the Plus models of previous years. If you want a 6.3-inch screen but demand “Max” levels of power, this is your best bet.

4. iPhone 16 Plus & 15 Plus The “Plus” series continues to be the “hidden gem” for battery seekers. Because these phones lack the power-hungry 120Hz ProMotion displays of the Pro line (in the case of the 15 Plus) and use slightly less aggressive processors, they often stay cool and last longer during simple tasks like social media scrolling and GPS navigation.

Budget & Legacy Picks You don’t need the newest flagship to get through the day. In 2026, these older models are still holding their own in the secondary and refurbished markets:

iPhone 14 Plus :Often cited as the first “Plus” model to rival the Pro Max, its 4,325 mAh battery remains very competitive.

iPhone 13 Pro Max :Even three generations later, the 13 Pro Max is legendary for its efficiency. If the battery health is above 90%, it still outperforms many modern mid-range Android phones.

iPhone 11 Pro Max: The oldest model on this list that can still be considered “strong.” While it lacks 5G, its LTE-only operation actually saves significant power, making it a great budget endurance pick.

How iOS 26 boosts battery in 2026 Apple’s latest software, iOS 26, introduced several features that have “revived” the battery life of older iPhones:

AI-Powered App Snoozing: The system learns which apps you don’t use at certain times of the day and completely cuts their background power.

Thermal Throttling 2.0: Better heat management prevents the battery from degrading during fast-charging sessions.

Customised Low Power Mode: You can now choose to keep 5G active while disabling other power-hungry features like haptic feedback.

As result of tribalism and bigotry in choosing leaders, Bad leadership is everywhere, north, east, west ,and south,it is ridiculously stupid of anyone to link it to his bitternes towards a tribe. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's painful truth, but it's the reality. Without stopping tribalism and religious bias, we can't get it right. It's not today, it's been there since sixties and also embedded in the military, best hands are always denied positions based on this two factors.

What is the correlation between election and the fact that a corper was abducted by terrorists?

What political party would have stopped terrorism that the past PDP and the cirrent APC in government have not stopped since 2010 when all this mess began?

Would election stop the ethnoreligious persuasions that feed the inclination towards a life of terrorism?
voting for bad leaders because of tribe or religion will keep the circle of violence continuous .

-Naval Special Warfare Group 2: SEAL Teams 2, 4, 8, 10, Tactical Communications Command 2, Logistics Support Unit 2

-Naval Special Warfare Group 4: Special Boat Teams 12, 20, 22

-Naval Special Warfare Group 11: SEAL Teams 17, 18 (formerly Operational Support Teams 1, 2)[33] (Navy Reserve composed of SEALs and SWCCs)

-Naval Special Warfare Center: includes the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School

-Naval Special Warfare Development Group (formerly SEAL Team 6): Assigned operationally to JSOC
This above is advanced country setup, but in a place like Nigeria, the simpler the better, without advanced complex encrypted communication and logistics networks and command controls, have too many branches of armed forces leads to confusion, leaks and inter-agency rivalry.

A case in point was the last prison break in jos, within a 700meters/ 5 minutes range, the army, police, civil defence and DSS have critical headquarters, but the ragtag terrorist operated for over an hour and walk away. Even when DSS tactical team got to the entrance of the prison, they dint know the way round the facilities, and no single police or correctional team was on ground to guild them. Zero inter agency communication. Confusion everywhere. If the prison have a standby tactical team, that would not have been the case. Simple is better for us.

If you follow Nigerian political trajectory very well, the next administration and set of military chiefs will not regard this teams, they will start a new one and the circle continues.

I remember ihejirika set up a night fighting special forces, also a counterinsurgency team that operates solely on special bikes, in buhari/buratai 8 years, this teams dint score any remarkable achievement due to ethnopolitical divergence in leadership. In fact the special bikers where withdrawn from NE theater and taken to cities like jos, Kaduna and co to protect special interests during ethnic crisis, basically used for mopol duties. What a waste

People don't think deeply

Buhari like so many of his goons, hated the south east so deeply in his entire miserable life since the 60's. It was a open secret.

Unfortunately, KN and his followers fell into the trap, and helped this miserable buhari attempt a second second mass killings in the east. It worked for long until the momentum faded away. His eight years was a monumental stagnation to the pace of development in the east
If you know you know, even within the worst form of democracy, the east will always stand out as the biggest beneficiary in every area of Human development index. Kiss the truth! Democracy allows competition, competition is in the DNA of easterners.
And for those easterners that always complain that easterners are marginalised , think deeply... How many governors and LGA chairmen do you have? And compare it it with indigenous hausas with zero governors, despite have the highest population in Nigeria. Zero governors!

I an Architect, if you live in a city like abuja or Lagos, I highly recommend buying from a trusted developer.
1. It saves you the stress of land allocation issues and documentation.
2. Building Approval and regulatory issues can be very draining. Bribes and extortions everywhere.
3. If you dont engage the right professionals, you will likely waste funds and time. Artisans will cheat you and still do the wrong thing for you.
4. You can even buy a Carcass or semi finished building from a developer and complete it to your test to bypass some of the issues listed above.
You said it all. 💯

90% of owner-builders can never assemble the right team of artisans and at the right time. Big Red flag. Intact if you try it on anything aside a simple bungalow, it will end in long-term regrets
PropertiesRe: Building vs Buying A House: Which One Is Cost Effective? by dgitrader(m): 10:18am On Feb 26
Buying, if you are too loaded and don't want stress.

Building, if you want to save cost(presumably) and have knowhow, time and energy.

I build personally, but buying is best honestly.

The midway is to use a very competent contractor with long history of performance and standby teams of professionals. Makes life easier
