What is your definition of Scam?
Because i know scammers don't make apologies and moreover you were never asked to pay a dime, so how does that relates to scamming?
We simply failed in our promises to deploy users due to constraints.

U've got to be patient and be open to other options while you wait. From my experience, 1month 19days. Some said it took longer and some said it was earlier. But the end game is that you'll definitely get a contract.
