Please guys how do I tackle this decision I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph(s) 4.2 of Appendix V because: • You state that you intend to come to the UK for a period of 4 days visiting friend. • You state that you are employed with monthly income of NGN 300,000 (£314.33 rate at 1 = 952.55 @ www.oanda.com on 04/09/2023) and that you propose to spend £2,000 on your visit. Yu state that you have another income amounts to £5,011.65. • I have considered all of the information you have submitted in support of your personal and financial circumstances. • You state your trip to the UK will cost you £2,000. Your proposed expenditure equates to 6 times more than your monthly income. This degree of expenditure for your visit appears disproportionate to your current economic circumstances and leads me to doubt your stated intentions in seeking to visit the UK. • You state that you have another income of £5,011.65 a year. However the supporting information you have provided does not demonstrate this income or the source of the stated income. I am therefore not satisfied that your circumstances are as stated. • The bank document you have provided show large credits not commensurate with your documented income in the time leading up to your visa application. There is no explanation provided regarding the origin of these funds. I am not satisfied these funds are genuinely available for your use and have been provided to you for the sole purpose of obtaining an entry clearance for the UK. • Given the above I am therefore not satisfied that you have demonstrated your circumstances are as declared, which leads me to doubt your intentions in travelling to the UK. I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose that is permitted under the visitor route and that you will leave the UK at the end of your visit. Your application is therefore refused under paragraph V 4.2 (a), (c) and (e) of the immigration rules. NEXT STEPS NRA v 1.0 In relation to this decision, there is no right of appeal or right to administrative review. Kindly help what can I do differently |

SUPERPACK:It’s a criminal matter. Two people fighting. |
The money owed has been paid. He explained to the boy that the money will be paid he was waiting until Friday to get the money but the guy came to the house to threaten him at firs then the next day the fight happened . Well truly there’s a scar on the face now. The matter is in court so it’s not a thing that my friend can run because people stood as surety for him because of the bail if he jumps bail it’s the innocent people that will be carried. Just sitting on the fence wether we can have a slight chance in court that my friend will be free if we can go to trial. |
Legal people please help. So I have a friend. He fought with his housemate, he was owing the housemate money, and the housemate came to meet my friend telling him to give him the money one night. My friend was been quiet and was asking him that he should stop pushing him. Hence my friend went into the house I saw they were already arguing so I went to drag the other boy out of the house that he should just leave first. But the boy really wanted to fight and the more I dragged him out the more he kept on moving to my friend . A fight happened then .. my friend held bottle to scare the boy off . I was later able to drag the other boy away. Trying to calm him down that the money will be paid. He was bleeding in his hand already . He took bottle on the floor and Said he will kill my friend. I held him back . Whilst my friend was explaining to the neighbours that the boy is the one coming to attack. Whilst I was holding the angered boy I decided to leave him so his own friend will hold him as he was threatening me with the bottle already if I don’t release him. He then ran towards my friend with the bottle. My friend whilst trying to defend himself slashed the boy face. And there was a big cut. Police got called by the boy , my friend was Picked we settled out of court and the injured party asked for 4million Naira. Later beat it to 2.5 million . We agreed just so the matter doesn’t go to court. Because with the picture it might not favour my friend in court. We agreed o be paying 500k every month But this month we could only come up with 100k the boy refused and the matter went to court . My friend was remanded although he has been bailed. Issue is , is it advisable to go to court, is there a chance of my friend winning. Others are saying we should look for the money . But there is always a loophole to defend I think. I just need to be certain there’s a chance of winning in court. Lawyers in the house what do you think? |

Truth is learn to trade yourself., only few people are honest out there, only few people will return your investment to you. Stock is a good investment if u buy the right stock at the right time. Bitcoin is a good investment if u buy at the right time. Learn your strategy in a business own that strategy and make your money. I personally I earn 60% or more in a month from my strategy. At least I know where my money dey. I control it, I control others money. But all in all study and make money for yourself |
