The truth is that payment of tithe and offering is not the sole prerequisite for divine blessing. The gap here is that some pastors don't teach their members that God is not interested in donations of those who have not surrendered to Christ. Anyone who will benefit from blessing attached to tithe and offering payment must be a doer of will of God (born-again). This is the basic truth and the reason why most people don't get results after paying tithe and offering. We can't live in sin and hope the grace abound. If prayer of a sinner is abomination to God how much more his money? I am also not a saint but striving daily to do His will.

Most of the civil servants one year salary cannot afford a decent 2 bedroom house rent currently. I keep wondering why state governments can't invest in building estates and renting it out at a standard affordable price. I need advice from everyone on this issue. My sister is processing her international passport and visa to travel out. She have written TELPIP exam and she passed on a sitting. Currently she secured a job with one of the generational banks in Nigeria and there is clause attached to the employment, which states that "if she leaves the bank withing 2 years of working with them, she will pay a fine of 2 million naira which is one of the criteria to get a guarantor that has such amount in his/her account and will stand in for my sister.
Note, the salary and job role have not been stated nor discussed.

I have not worked for banks before but I can tell you that your sister has not gotten an offer simply because the financial term and JD have not been defined. My advice is that this job might end up being an enslavement and she shouldn't joke with the condition of presenting guarantor because if she leaves eventually without paying the 2M, she might put the guarantor into trouble later
