Babalegba:. Is the decision to sell NEPA irreversible? I thought u branded your government as the one with integrity, why haven't you corrected GEJ error with ur integrity? APC is just association of fraudster that rode on vehicle of propaganda to take over government by force |
Kindly deport them back to continue their scam in their lawless country. Bunch of lazy youths and adults! They will mostly be from southern Nigeria by the time their names is released. Them full Lagos here and every corner of South doing money rituals and deceiving their parents by calling it yahoo or Bitcoin. I wonder how youth go wake up early in the morning and can't lay his hand on something but browsing and looking for those to scam. They sent them to school but them no serious and doesn't know anything and they're too big to learn handwork or trading. They will rather blame government for everything. Government or political office holders can't be exempted from woes that have befallen this country but is this the youth that will bring the change? Only God can restore morals into this society because it seems it has lost completely. |
heniford2:This doesn't depict the sitting room of rich in year 2000. This just the set up of average Nigerian home just like mine that have teachers as parents. |
Timmi:Kindly read about the profile of the man that was interviewed by Arise TV before questioning his judgement. He was a high ranking officer that has facts up till date despite his retirement from active service |
bablon20:Flesh and blood didn't reveal this to you. You understand the action to the depth |
There's no hope for betterment of this society because of the mindset of people who make the society. Average Nigerian is criminal in thinking and will rather blame politicians than accepting responsibility. Politicians are from this society and bad citizens can't produce good leader. The kind of leaders we have in power is a reflection of who we are as people. I couldn't have imagined someone can hide pistol in dispatched bike. It is well |
iCauseTrouble:Stop justifying bad habits with style! An involvement of a man in crime is not a good reason for others to emulate him especially when he's not a superhuman. You can train your mind and your family to ignore the bad habits people do and copy the good behavior from the few good people around you in the society. |
I have $7 to sell on skrill. |
Again, Nigerians are the problems of Nigeria 🇳🇬 Nigerians are the problems of Nigeria.......for real! Greed and Dishonesty, the two main problems of an average Nigerian. Read along to understand our reasons for saying so...... (N.B : If you are a fraudster and criminal on Nairaland, Skip to the next post or you may not survive reading this) *HOME TRUTH* I run a manufacturing business and a trading business. The biggest challenge in my manufacturing business is not power, or infrastructure, the biggest challenge is getting honest staff. Everyone we hire appears to be on a mission to steal as much as possible. Inflated invoices, recording less than the actual number of units produced. The worst part of it all is that all the fraud we've uncovered is not done by a single person, it's usually many staff who collude with each other, from production, to sales, to finance, even top management. There was a year I overhauled management 3 times in a year......... But me, I've found a solution sha, I now use Indian management. So competent, so honest and so straightforward. I thought they were expensive at first with all the visa fees, accommodation, house staff, but now that losses due to staff theft have been reduced to a minimum, and efficiency increased, the Indian management has turned out to be cheaper than the previous Nigerian management. Now, all sensitive positions involving money go to Indians. Nigerians are only allowed in non-sensitive positions. I used to criticize companies like Dangote Group that hire so many Indians when there are many unemployed Nigerians, but now, I understand their decision. My biggest challenge in the trading business is the same, getting honest staff. The form of trading occurs in the open market, and involves staff having access to huge sums of money running into a few millions. I know how much I pay to security companies to provide escorts for the staff, not to prevent robbery, but to ensure that the staff go straight to the bank to deposit the money after the day's sales and not disappear with my money. This money spent on security companies is even enough to be declared as profit. We have to spend on CCTV, biometric scanners and other things that wouldn't be needed if staff weren't looking for the slightest opportunity to steal. It got so bad at a point that my main criteria for employing staff was no longer competency but honesty. At least, competency and skills can be learnt, but once you're dishonest, you're dishonest. We always complain of the economy and how there are no jobs. I know people abroad who would have loved to set up job creating businesses in Nigeria but they can't because they can't get any trustworthy person to run it. I know people in Nigeria with so much money, they want to start factories and other job-creating businesses but they can't because they are occupied elsewhere and can't get any trustworthy person to run the business. So instead of investing in the real sector and creating jobs, they'll just buy treasury bills, while the thieves are shouting no jobs. Many big businesses would have been born in Nigeria if we could engage in partnerships, but we cant because you can't trust anyone. This is one advantage the Indians and Lebanese have over us in Nigeria. They can pull resources together and do mega-business, unlike Nigerians that because only one person must do everything since we can't partner, end up with small, tiny businesses. Start a poultry and they will be stealing your eggs. Some will even go ahead to be killing the chickens so that they'll be allowed to take them home. Start an entertainment/viewing/game center and they'll be pocketing your money. On the days you're around at the business, the money realized will be x10 of the money realized when you're not around..... Because they're eating your money. Lease out a vehicle to a driver to use and watch as he'll finish you. Start a restaurant, the same thing will happen. More than half of the total food ingredients will end up in their personal kitchens. Even ordinary provisions shop, they will find a way to steal. You'll see them with that their evil, wicked saying "na where person dey work, na there e dey chop, na e make dem dey callam workchop/workshop"...... Just imagine, justifying theft at work. And you'll see these people point their crooked fingers at politicians when they're not any different. I usually say the reason most Nigerians haven't stolen billions of government money, is simply lack of opportunity. *On every level, Nigerians are the problem of Nigeria*. If the truth wanna kill the online fraudsters and criminals we have on Nairaland, you guys should better die now. We will continue to hit your head as much as we can with the truth and be against your fraudulent lifestyle ALWAYS. For all the scams you have scammed innocent people all over the world, and they end up committing suicide or becoming homeless, and y'all here thinking you are living large, kid you not, you will never enjoy that fraudulent money, it will lead you to your grave soonest. (You can keep hating honest, and hardworking members on this forum, but some of us will continue to kill you with the truth.) Only if God doesn't exist. Thieves, Barawos everywhere. ********************************** GREED!!! When we say we are our own problem they start grumbling..... Okay listen to these examples: 1. You sell chicken and add over 40% profit ,you are happy forgetting that the person that bought the chicken sells tomatoes and pepper. 2. The tomatoes and pepper seller has to recover the excess she paid for the chicken, so she adds her own 42% profit margin. 3. Teacher will come and buy these 2 items with what? She has no other alternative than to increase lesson fees or school fees. 4. You will go and rent house from a landlord who has paid excess for cement, sand, chicken, tomatoes and pepper, lesson fees, how will he meet up if not by increasing his house rent by 60%. And the circle continues, it is not about dollars, dollars is just an excuse, abi wetin concern garri, beans and yam with dollars. The problem is you and I and our excessive greed. Only a fraudster or criminal will be wailing about our above post. We hope you ain't one of them kiddo? If so, we understand your weeping about the honest truth. No wonder you are your fellow children are always wailing and in serious pains reading our posts here. The earlier, the better for you. Advice from the elders Sure we do get the good ones among the youths. Only sane, honest and hardworking Nairalanders like you will definitely like our answers and comments, Not the miserable fraudsters aka, children of hate, frustrations and perdition that abound here. God bless your legit hustle man. It will end in praise for you.
You're in point. You will be amazed to see that those who are also perpetrating this dishonesty in companies are very religious both in church and mosque. We've lost our integrity as a society and I stopped questioning the rationale behind employment of Indians to head Nigeria even with less technical experience of some of them until I found myself in a particular company. Our politics is just a reflection of who we are as people. My advice to Nigeria employers is just that they should also appreciate few Nigerians who are doing well and encourage them rather than treating them as slaves when compared with the way they treat fellow Indians and Lebanese. |
Minime10:Arresting them won't bring sanity to the North again. Those guys they brought to win 2015 election are no longer under their control because they cannot sustain funding them reason they resorted to this high level of crime for survival. Would you ask someone whom you've armed and been giving millions of Naira for doing nothing to quit and return to selling water melon under hot sun? He won't go back again. It will take a very serious approach by a determined president to bring sanity to Nigeria again |
Beautifulday:the money was inserted by the legislators without breakdown on how to spend it. they just put figure as constituency project. It is CORRUPT Practice for two reasons. 1. Legislator increased the budget figure to accommodate constituency projects to be executed/supervised by them; This is at variance with their assignment, executive arm is saddled with that responsibility. 2. They put a figure without stating what to do with it, someone can come tomorrow and tell you he use the whole #500M to sink a deep borehole and you can't query him. It is however understood that this practice started during OBJ government era but it is a plain corrupt practice that must be stopped. |
ebubeson:Very well. Ignorance is very dangerous in spiritual transaction. If the person is ignorant and not ready to work(prayer work) the curse will remain permanent and the only hope he has is making heaven. |
If na Lagos the thing happened, nobody would have come to their rescue. Humanity is fast departing that society for the gains of this world |
DyshApp:God is good to you to have revealed this secret to you in the dream. I must tell you that the message she told you usually comes from a witch because they know that's you will likely respect prophetic messages and the purpose is to ensure YOU DON'T MARRY OR HAVE A FAILED MARRIAGE. I am telling you these from my experiences. Young lady I am not scaring you but you have work to do to have a successful marriage in life. I have an experience with a woman that has a mother like yours and it's not been easy at all dealing with such and I have another brother with another similar terrible experience. Their mothers didn't want their daughters to go because of evil dedication and covenant they have made with them even without their knowledge. I can explain better and advise you if you care to know but the truth is that you have a serious work to do, she's just using prophecy to cover up her underlying intentions. God bless you. |
dominique:Ure too smart. I wonder the business someone can do with 8k this day expect hawking of bottled or sachets pure water on the road. 5litre of oil is already 8k, how will the person get other ingredients? |
essentialone:1. I will return fuel subsidy on fuel and use every instrument of power available to me as President to stop corrupt in subsidy payment. 2. I will ensure less dollarization of the economy by placing less premium on it. |
What's your buying rate? |
Jigiola2024:It is not surprising. You need some level of education to make impact in deciding economy of a country. They said GEJ is an illiterate and I agree to some extent that despite having PhD(although not economics related) he wasn't able to make decisions that would have helped the country to grow. Between 2015 and now, we have had the worst decision makers, as in sheer illiterates who are confused and don't know what to do. The only policy outlook of tinubu is to get more money for government to spend, whereas tax increase and subsidy removal are not the main things that grow economy but production. The greatest undoing of Mr Tinubu is non-readiness to fight corruption with forex and petrol subsidy and that had landed us here. He has saved money now with right hand and throwing it away with left hand. What's the sense in that? A bunch of leaders that takes action before thinking about the consequences. |
I am worried about the business a man can start with #1M to augment salary in this tinubu economy. Salary earners (in both government and private establishment) will understand how difficult it is to cope with the present economic situation of this country as they're not permitted to increase the cost of their services at will unlike business owners who are quick to tell you the present value of $ to justify their action. As a salary earners working between 8-5 daily, what business (aside whatever online) can you advise such individual to invest in as side hustle to augment income if the person can access funds up to #1M? Kindly note that this advice should exclude forex, cryptocurrency, e.t.c |
Watianoengineer:Osimhen is good but he has to cool down his head and pursue excellence without minding the camera looking at him. The guy is too conscious of himself on the pitch and he doesn't need that. Example he should follow is Leo Messi who doesn't show any gesture while playing but focused on his play. |
Nvestor02:Are you a normal person? Is the government the one paying electricity bill for those using prepaid meter? You're typical of those in government who are bereft of ideas needed for governance but would not allow those who have common sense upstair to get to power due to desperation. VP Osinbajo told us in 2021 that we shouldn't pay estimated bill to anyone again as there's a law to that effect, what has happened to it's enforcement, abi na citizens go enforce the law? Go and study how things work in better climes, government creates a conducive environment for businesses to thrive and citizens everywhere in the world would take advantage of loopholes created by government inadequacy because they're human beings. Buhari said those who bought Discos from government are not qualified but got the contract because they are political friends of those in power. If sales of discos and gencos is not working, can't we reverse or ure telling me those individuals that bought them are bigger than the government? If ur man and ur party doesn't know what to do with power, it is better to leave quietly than incurring curses on your generations to come. Mtcheww. |
I have tentative kyc approval for my pi. Pls how long does it take to get it fully approved? |
I have tentative kyc approval for my pi account for more than one week. For those who have had such experience, how long does it take before they grant final approval? |
conscienceman4:At port hacourt, help me ask them o? |
OKUCHI11:Let me tell you a plain truth. Anyone who calls himself a Christian but afraid of death is not a follower of Christ. Majority of direct disciples of Christ died due to persecution. Until you begin to see this world as a place ure just passing bye and waiting to meet with the Lord especially after fulfilling your destiny here, ure not a Christ follower. Besides, the killing in plateau is the failure of your government but the real hope is for the dead to be with the Lord. That's the joy of it all |
This news is not a surprise. Life is deep and goes beyond what we can see as nothing is ordinary in it. In Jesus Christ is the freedom from all these rubbish. Whosoever embraces him have no need to fear if he encounters dark powers at work, home or anywhere. Know this and know peace. |
abdeiz:Congratulations on your new job. You just need to be careful with Lagos house agents because it seems they're more than the available house itself. You should be able to get a single room around iyanaoworo or ketu with that your budget which you can endure for a while. |
AfahaAbia:But success is all about running after or pursuing money through lifetime? I am sorry to say ure in the category of young Nigerians that need proper orientation about life mission. Some of them are into yahoo yahoo here pursuing money without purpose while the few educated are pursuing japa without direction. Early raising of children (if ure not a papa) is worthwhile for those who understand the purpose of marriage. Although it is meaningless to those who believes they can just pick a white girl to impregnate in order to get a foreign citizenship. Before you tell me something about poverty, it only exist in your mind or imagination. |
Does the book contains step by step methods of production or just introduction to business ideas? |
nnamdi640:It's just about 10% of them that do these. You have forgotten that they're also plenty small and there is competition. They're not living fine o, that is the truth and most of them don't have entrepreneurship mindset, only book book and book |
Lanretoye:Ure right on the comparism of Obi supporters with Fubara sympathizers. It goes to tell you we still have people left in this country who still have good morals to stand for what is "just and right". I wonder why any right thinking person will believe wike is doing right thing. It is because of pple like you that Nigeria is backward like this. Imagine urself in the position of Fubara, you don't carry any weight before state house of assembly, and ur cabinet member too are taking instructions from slave master in Abuja and ure just a figure head. When they clear treasury finish, it is ur name that newspaper will carry and who knows who's coming next to hunt you with EFCC. Everyone can't sell his soul for money and live without basic life principle |
Supremos:This is reason military needs to hijack power from the useless politicians. Imagine countries like Chad, Niger and Cameroun have database to check immigrants into their countries at borders but such is not available in Nigeria they're calling giant of Africa. It's a shame |
