Why should d govt be d one to create the ranches any way? Why can't the cattle owners be mandated by govt to take d responsibility of acquiring plots of land for their business? Is it not business they are doing? Why is no one talking about the illegality of trespassing on people's land in d name of grazing? Is it only in Nigeria that beef is consumed? But u need to understand what that guy means: the constituents of Biafra have more common grounds than those of Nigeria. In terms of religion & moralism for example, Biafrans will disagree a lot but not to d point of killing one another. Moreover, who says all ND is included in Biafra - like Isoko, Edo, etc?
