the way Nigeria is structured, ethnic nations that control a state can never ever be relegated, i:gbos control at least 6 to 7 states in Nigeria, the states means indigenous government officials ( i:gbo officials ) will always receive funds.

if i:gbos were marginalized then that means since 1970 they have not received any allocation from the FG and they have never held any Federal Government political appointments, and never been governors, senators, local government chairmen in their own states.

i:gbos are pros at emotional blackmailing can we other people to manipulate them to do what i:gbos want.
