Hello house, I appreciate the great advice and opinions shared in this group. I hope people who are more experienced here could lend some helping hand here. I am a DIY principal applicant for an EB2 NIW and recently submitted my DS-260 online through the Consular Electronic Application Center (CEAC) website after my I-140 has been approved. I have also paid the Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fees for myself and my accompanying family members. As I understand, I am required to mail my civil documents to the National Visa Center (NVC). Since I cannot upload these documents online, I have a few questions: Passport Photographs: Are passport photographs required to be included with the mailed documents? Photograph Attachment: If yes, how should the passport photographs be attached to the application packet? Document Stapling: Should I staple my photocopied documents (such as passport, birth certificate, etc.) separately for each family member, even though they will be placed in the same envelope? I would greatly appreciate your guidance on these matters. Thank you all. |

Iolo:Many thanks Lolo. i had to pay for the visa fees because of the naira to GBP exchange rates. I am still open to further counsel. |

URGENT PLEASE Hello everyone. Please, my wife and I just relocated to the UK under the skilled visa. Though, I am the dependent here but I already got a job too. Right now, we are yet to secure our accommodation but we are seriously working on this. The issue is that we still have our kids with the grandparents back in Nigeria and we hope to have our kids join us soon. We have paid all the visa fees, and we are looking forward to booking their biometrics. However, we are contemplating that both grandparents retired (grandpa doesn't like travelling, he has only gone out for pilgrimage) or only grandma, who has more travel history ( she has been to Uk once, Qatar once, SA and UAE twice) accompany these kids to the UK by applying for visitor visa for them. What are the chances that both granparents will be given visa or grandma alone? Also, do we need to book the kids biometrics with the grannies for higher chance or we need to book their biometrics separately? Then what are the other things to consider so to have a successful visa for them? Will be counting on the wealth of experience here. Thank you and God bless!! |
