How do I know the post office branch to go to. My parcel tracking shows product at local distribution center. I used my office address in iyana ipaja as my delivery address but I was advised to go to the post office. But I don't know which post office to go to as I can't seem to find anyone around iyana ipaja online. This is my first time ordering so I really don't know how th system works

I ordered a DTX watch since August 30th. I've been tracking it but since last month it showed delivery failed. I tried to raise a dispute asking for a refund but I was told my claim was invalid and I should check the post office or soeome has collected it on my behalf. Attached is the tracking picture.
Please what can I do to get my item or a refund
