opera4t: Hello pals, pls i put in for uniuyo as my 1st choice and my jamb score is 197, score 248 in my post utme....and i choose pol science, pls how do i calculate my aggregate?You've got a good chance...btw...You can cal ur aggregrate by adding both ur jamb n post ume score den you divide by 2...Hence,ur aggregrate score nw is 222.5 |

Allen kee: The truth is that this year's JAMB results were mostly below average, if Obafemi Awolowo University could cut 240 for a competitive course like Accountancy this year, then it is obvious that UNIUYO's cut off for Accountancy this year will not be up to 240 due to JAMB wahala.In otherwords you're sure of getting admitted shey? |

I am supposed to be a 200 level Anatomy student by now,thanks to ASUU...I aspired for medicine for what seems like an aeon to my dad. I was not born with a silver-spoon,hence,papa 's hoping I will save the family. Looking back,I discovere d all eyes on me,I decided to take a para-medical course,hoping that along the line I would figure out what to do. Seriously,right from the school authority and staffs,they see the courses as "poo". They boast of the medical students in classes,see them as superiors,even in the gross anatomy lab.They give priority to the medical students {so I heard}. Some of the medical students even parade themselves as "special" as if we did not all wrote the same "JAMB" Papa saw one day,on one of my credentials that I was in d medical faculty...You needed to see the smile on his face...I was like "WTF "Right now I am kinda confused...Am aging...writing Jamb again...papa keeps reminding me of the role am gonna play in the "nearest" future... But why would doctors wanna do all the work? I was heard,{though I stand to be corrected}that an anatomist is supposed to be in the theatre in every surgery being carried out...And same {in another field in the health sector} goes for the physiologist. |

My dear,you are who you are...No one can blame you for being epicure...As par the hostels,girls' hostel are all in the school compound...The male section has two hostels serving the boys in the town campus{including main campus and annexe campus}...They are labelled M1 and M2...M1{UDI HOSTEL they are known as the most notorious bad male students} is outside the school while M2 is in annexe campus. Information I gathered says,the school authority stopped cooking in different hostels due an accident that happened afore-time...a female student used a hot plate in cooking...in the process got the whole of her hostel burnt down including her fellow students' valuables and credentials...So my dear "if u get moni...u can neva run out of place to buy food in uniuyo"...if i begin de mention the respective food vendors' name to you...it mite sound strange. BOTTOMLINE;If u wan stay 4 hostel u got to get ready to spend on feeding...if otherwise offcamp na anoda option...Note;Hostels still de permanent site for engnr students My 2kobo |
