Not only South Africa you would have say Azerbaijan or Uzbekistan  TWoods: If you can't afford the tuition, there are several options: 1. Choose a cheaper school 2. Look for a scholarship, fellowship or loan 3. Apply elsewhere - Canada, Germany, Ireland, South Africa...
The idea that "hustling" or "japa" justifies you breaking the law is partly the reason Nigeria is what it is today. Do not jeopardize your chances to stay in the US permanently. If you're caught, all your efforts are basically wasted. |

You forget to put SEVIS fee  Novartis: yes, I don’t wanna spend one kobo. Because if dem deny my visa, e go pain me.
Graduate University Application fee is usually $75 to $150 - non refundable
Wes evaluation plus courier is around $250
TOEFL, IELTS is not free too
GRE is not free too
Plus US visa fees (I have no option than to pay this one)
After all these spending. US Embassy go come deny person VISA
