do you know that with the right tools and software you can reach your church community online with better video and audio quality without spending a fortune .

Reach members during emergency pandemics like COVID-19, which we’re currently experiencing.

Allow members who are sick or injured, too old to make it in person, or have a disability that makes it difficult to travel to watch your service.

Live streams help members who are traveling and want to continue to participate in their own faith community.

Extend your reach beyond your local community and help people to connect with one another.

Create a live stream of your sermon or broadcast a private event for members of your congregation who cannot attend.

Record your live streams and make them available as video on demand. This is also a great way to lock in the experience of each event forever. It allows people who missed the live event to watch it later on their own time.

There are a variety of ways you can go about setting up your system.

WHAT IS THE HDPE PIPE?
HDPE Pipe, Polyethylene (PE Pipe) are sorted by strength classified according to the intensity of the earlier technological developments. HDPE Pipe pressure classes that can be made between Pn4-Pn32 and the production of the desired diameter and size of HDPE pressure pipe system has undergone many tests in 1950, particularly in the carriage of drinking water. After the result of these tests of HDPE Pipe, if all reports are positive then it has no harmful effect on human life. One of today's most widely used pipe is HDPE piping systems which is economical, easy in handling, efficient performance, easy method of coupling. Is quite useful.

RAW MATERIAL OF POLYETHYLENE PIPE
Polyethylene Pipe, Pe 32 class is developed in 1950 with improving technology and low density. 3rd Generation PE 100 Polyethylene raw materials are used in drinking water pipelines, desalination plants, biological treatment plants, swimming pool piping, sea discharge lines, gravity flow water lines, gas stations , irrigation lines, compressed air lines, cooling-heating lines, pre-insulated sheathing for pipes. Because Low Density Polyethylene Pipe is economical and has high-performance in many areas, such as sewer lines has been a solution. (C2H4) has the general formula of crude oil of 97% polyethylene and is a thermoplastic polymer as shown. The production of raw materials, entirely depends on the availability and price of crude oil. Polyethylene density is divided into three main groups according to their crystalline structure percent.
• Low density polyethylene raw material (LDPE)
• Medium density polyethylene raw materials (MDPE)
• High density polyethylene raw materials (HDPE)

According to other types of raw materials as well as their field of high performance and long life due to the strength of economy most preferably 97% of the product which is used crude for the production of the polyethylene raw material. So the production of polyethylene raw materials, the availability and the price depends entirely on crude oil. It also has many superior properties compared to other thermoplastic polyethylene. The main ones are
* HDPE Pipe is resistant to weather conditions
* HDPE Pipe High resistance to tearing and pressure
* HDPE Pipe Despite high resistance to stress cracking
* HDPE Polyethylene Pipe -30 And -60 degree to strength
* High Density Polyethylene Pipe have corrosion resistance
* Easy and reliable assembly of HDPE Pipe
* In HDPE Pipes Lower level compared to metal pipe friction losses
* HDPE Pipes, Reduced flow noise
* Electrical full insulation, it is a good thermal insulation
* HDPE Pipes are non toxic.
* HDPE Pipe is suitable for radioactive waste.

Bimodal Polyethylene / PIPE
Polyethylene for pipes with advancing technology began to be produced on 1950 II. Polyethylene generation until 1970 and in the 1990s began to be used in the biomedal period polyethylene was formed. Polyethylene should demonstrate excellence in strength and workability is provided by the bimodal polyethylene to accommodate these features Bimodal Polyethylene known titles can add a few more outstanding features. These are:
* Resistance against cracking tube is perfect.
* It is spacious and provides a cross-section.
* Increases the volume of flow of fluid to pass through the pipe.
* Deflection making tendencies are low.

* HDPE Pipes ( Polyethylene pipes) working conditions in, temperature, pressure and fluid properties.
* HDPE Pipe is produced from chemical reactions of rawmaterials.
* Soil structure used during the pipe-laying for PEHD pipes that suits to conditions.

PE 100 pipes are available in a minimum of 50 years of life temperature of 20 oC according to life flow calculation. Polyethylene pipe with chemical bonds that makes connection with HDPE material can vary.

Advantages of HDPE Pipes
HDPE pipes with a history of 60 years of technological developments that have positively influenced and until today has become one of today's most preferred tube.
• HDPE pipes; It maintains the general properties of the fluid inside.
• HDPE pipes; moss on hold due to the inner surface can be used in drinking water systems.
• HDPE pipes; Due to its chemical nature, it has a high resistance to chemicals.
• HDPE pipes; To take shape and slope of the sloping terrain by laying is very simple due to be flexible.
• HDPE pipes; Due to its high elasticity properties, for use in areas where a lot of seismic activity is very comfortable. It can orient itself according to the direction of movement of ground motion and does not break.
• HDPE pipes; Other types of pipes
• HDPE pipes; welding and assembly methods are very simple.
•HDPE pipes; Easy to carry because of the weight and thus shipping is cheap.
• HDPE pipes; It is highly resistant to acids and alkalis. Only damaged by nitric acid.
• HDPE pipes; Environmentally Friendly.
• HDPE pipes; Are not affected by underground, there is no refractive properties.
• HDPE pipes; it do Not conduct electricity.
• HDPE pipes; a good level of friction, wear and has a rustproof.
• HDPE pipes; It is strong against microorganisms.

2- Feild Assembly
2.1- Polyether Storage and Transport
2.2.1- Storage
After the production of HDPE pipe, there are some important points to be considered while the storage structures.
* Accumulation against the proposed measures should be taken and must be 1 meter in height.
* Coils are silos for the proposed arrangement. Silo is important not to disturb the balance in the individual coils received.
* Straight pipes should be arranged in horizontal rows and so it should stand from the bottom row to the top row angle. The shift of pipe supports should be avoided as well.

Of storage on top of the pipe:
• Pipes must be stored in a remote way of sharp objects in a horizontal plane.
• PE Pipe fittings in a closed manner, should be stored in the package.
• PE pipe and fittings waste water, dirt and soil contact must be avoided.

Transportation or shifting:
* Freezing or maintained at a lower temperature than PE pipes are becoming weak against shocks. Therefore pipes should not be reduced quickly by dragging on the ground, it’s impact should be seen.
* Polyethylene Pipes with the handsaw when cutting and freezing bilateral assistance should be provided if done at a lower temperature may break or bend.
* Polyethylene pipe will be carried during the transport of the vehicle must be full length of the pipe in the pipe tools and should be hanged out.
* After the move is finished Polyethylene pipe absolutely must use ropes or chains when they are shifted down from the transport vehicle. pipe and fittings must not be thrown to the ground. Use forklifts or cranes use the recommended shifting method.

2.2- Sliding Support Renovation
2.2.1- The open (air) hinged flor
Intervals are restrained; laying line, the temperatures existing in the environment, size and characteristics of the pipe depends on the fluid properties. Usually need continuous support for small-scale Although intermittent bearings used.
Saddle bracket, the bottom of the tube 120 degrees (minimum) should be up bed. To prevent the bearing from damaging edge of the pipe must be taken to be pointed.
Supports formula used to calculate the range are as follows;

L = [(3840xExlxd / (5(Wp+Wf))1/4] / 100

Details;
L: Support Range (m)
E: Young's modulus (MPa)
l: the inertia of the pipe (cm4)
d: Permitted collapse (cm)
Wp: Pipe unit weight (kg / cm)
WF: The unit weight of the fluid (kg / cm)
EUR table of typical values PE 100 pipes for long periods of use

2.2.2 Burying Ground Floor
Soil pipe laying in the classic sense to dig, lay, off, requiring a very different and meticulous engineering of logic is a serious work. Terms and explanations that we give here will be the guidance that will enable us to have information on the matter. Making process of laying buried in the soil as it requires decisions should be made and given to the different application methods.
Materials and Processes on the pipe burial

Fitted foundation:
When you are finished digging needs to be done with enough strength on the ground if not the strengh should be made enough.

The layer/ground:
Ditch the ground state according to the required form to implement the process according to the flat level.

Primary and secondary fillers :
The height of the pipe from the ground Trench landfill is made to increase at least 15 cm. The fill tube that improves the quality and lifetime durability.

Primary Filler:
The quality of the material and application technique used in this section is very important. The diameter of the pipe rising from the bottom of the filler pipe is raised to 75%.

Secondary filler:
It is fuller of the distribution of load on top of the reason for making and maintaining the pipes against the play that may occur after the end filler. Place in case of rising to the level of underground water pipes and come in second if the first is filling more.

Last filler:
Although there is not too much of an effect on the structure of the HDPE pipe and pressed. To ride a solid filler pipe will reduce the upper end loads.
Last filler material and the compression paths, sidewalks, etc. structure/processing rules must be observed.

Installation Guidelines for PE Pipes
Workplace and the work to be done by engineers to consider the shape of the surface and it is difficult to determine that which part needs the reinforcement of the pipe. Specific guidelines for situations such as low soil depth is more than the thickness of the meat should be prepared. In general, it is sufficient that we understand the methods for general application. These applications are not installed to deep, on overload events, and are conditions that are sufficiently resistant to pressurize pipes.

Simplified Application Methods for HDPE Piping
Most of the time an application is required for successful implementation of the following conditions successfully. steps occured by providing the following conditions;
1. The pipe diameter of 600 mm or less
2. SDR 26 or less
3. Fill size of between 0.75 m to 5 m
4- be at least 60 cm from the surface of the groundwater.

HDPE pipe is the preferred choice for many pipeline applications. We provides support to assist the successful installation and operation of the system. Experience personnel provide advisory information on such items as the ranges of pipes and fittings available, the technical features of the product, site and factory welding. 4 TIPS FOR SHOWING KIDS HOW TO BUILD ELECTRONICS

Children are normally inquisitive about how things function, and with another pattern in equipment organizations making open source Hardware products, it's an incredible time to show kids about electronics. Be that as it may, current technology can appear to be excessively mind boggling, making it impossible to try and start to get it. So where do you begin?

For the past Five years I've dedicated myself to teaching electronics to beginners, both kids and adults. I have given workshops to everyone ranging from young kids in remote areas and the ones in Urban Areas. And I have created over fifty DIY projects . If there's one thing I've learned through my experiences, it's that building electronics is easy.

Professionals in the field may disagree with this claim! And of course there are super-complex areas in electronics, as in every field. But that shouldn't discourage anyone from starting out. Take football for example: Is it hard to play football at a professional level? Of course! But that doesn't stop your eight-year-old daughter from playing. The same is true for building electronics.

China the largest hardware producer in the world today start just like you are about to start, though it took time to get to were they are today but the fact still remains that they started teaching their kids how to build electronic projects from a very young age.

Whether you're a parent or teacher, an electronics engineer or total beginner, here are four tips for teaching your kids how to build electronics.

1. Buy a solderless breadboard and some standard components

A solderless breadboard lets you connect components together neatly, easily, and temporarily. This makes it easy for kids to experiment and try things out without worrying about damaging parts. When they're done with one circuit, they can simply take out the wires and components and rearrange them to build another. The solderless breadboard is perfect for connecting components, and building more and bigger things.

Help them out with the first few circuits until they get the hang of it, then let them build on their own. This can provide hours of fun for your kids—it still does for me!

2. Look at some basic circuit diagrams

Electronic circuits are explained using circuit diagrams, which show you the components used and how to connect them. This is a great way to start building circuits, and this is how open source hardware companies publish the blueprints to their products.

Teach your kids the diagram symbols for basic electronic components. Start with the symbols for the most common components used in beginner circuits: batteries, resistors, LEDs, capacitors, and transistors. Explain how the lines between the components represent wires connecting the components together.

Kids don't need to understand the theory behind electronics to start building things from circuit diagrams. All they need is the circuit diagram and the components to build it. From there they can start to explore on their own. There are many open source hardware projects online, ranging from simple LED circuits to complex touch displays like the Manga Screen.

3. Teach some basic concepts of electronics with examples

When your kids have played around a little bit with electronics, they're going to get curious and start asking "why" questions. When that time comes, it's time to teach your kids some of the basic concepts of electronics. Here are some things I like to start with:

Closed loops: For electricity to work and current to flow, you need a closed loop between the postive (+) and the negative (–) poles of the battery. This is an important first lesson, and can save your kid much troubleshooting time later. Show them with a simple circuit that when you break the loop, the electricity stops flowing.

Voltage, current, and resistance: These are fundamentals of electricity and your child will find it easier to get creative once they understand these concepts. Cartoons are always great for teaching kids, and this is a nice drawing that may help to illustrate your explanations http://www.build-electronic-circuits.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/Ohms-law-cartoon-cropped.jpg.

Resistors: Why does an LED need a resistor? Have your child learn through experience by showing them an LED being destroyed by an overload of current. They won't forget that lesson!

Ohm's law: Use Ohm's law to show your child how to calculate the correct resistor size for an LED circuit.

If you're not sure about the details of these concepts yourself, there are plenty of resources online and in beginners' electronics books. You could even go deeper and teach them how a transistor works and what capacitors do.

But remember: Too many complex explanations can make kids feel that electronics is hard to understand. The more you can show them how things work instead of just explaining it, the better. How about showing how a capacitor works by connecting it in parallel with an LED and a resistor, and then disconnecting the battery to show how the capacitor keep the LED lit even after you disconnect the power?

4. Buy a soldering kit and a soldering iron

Once your kid has played about a bit with a solderless breadboard, they may want to make some circuits more permanenet. A soldering kit is a great way to go about this.

A soldering kit usually comes with a printed circuit board, the components needed to build some simple circuits, and some instructions and ideas to start you off.

You do need to know how to solder, but that's easy to pick up and to teach to your kids. This PDF cartoon on how to solder is a good teaching tool. https://mightyohm.com/files/soldercomic/FullSolderComic_EN.pdf

Basic kits are great for starting kids out, even if they haven't experimented with breadboards first. You don't need to understand how it works to make it work; you just follow the instructions. It's a simple way to dive right into hardware if you don't know where to start.

Soldering irons can be really cheap, starting at under N1000. Remember to make sure you supervise younger kids, as soldering irons get extremely hot.

No matter what you do, the most important thing is to let your kids do a lot of experimenting. When they know how to build things from circuit diagrams and where to find diagrams, they are in a great place to learn independently. As they build new things they will become more curious and eager to learn. Having a book available,is a great way of enabling them to learn more on their own.

Your kids probably won't understand how to build a television or a cell phone right from the start. But once they've built a few things, they might start to believe that maybe it's not that hard after all. That belief is what got me into electronics.

Do not hesitate to call me if you need any help on your DIY projects or want me to couch your child, children or student.

Business / How To Make Your Tender Stand Out by digitali(m): 12:03pm On Dec 07, 2015
Standing out from the crowd

The final important point about your bid is that you need to focus on what the client wants – something that many bidders forget. Too many proposals and tenders take reams and reams to tell the client how marvellous the supplier is, how many people they have, where there offices are etc etc – when what the client really needs to known is ‘do you understand what we want and can you deliver it?’

A good test is to write the document and then take a break before coming in and reading through first the ITT and then the bid document as though you were a buyer. Imagine you have 30 or 40 of these to read through – is there anything that grabs your interest, does the bid tell you what, when, where and how the service will be provided? Has the bidder read the ITT? Is the document well laid out and professionally presented and above all – have they answered every single question?

The final check should always be to get someone who has not been involved to read the ITT and bid before you send it in. This can be challenging if the timescales are tight but an independent, objective view is probably the only way you’ll spot those silly mistakes and typos that always creep in.

Business / What Makes The Perfect Bid Document? by digitali(m): 11:49am On Dec 07, 2015
Doing the best possible job on a bid or proposal

Having decided to bid for a tender/put in a proposal you need to do the best possible job of producing a compelling document that will get you through to the next stage.

Before you do anything else, read the tender documents very, very carefully and then make sure that you follow any instructions you’ve been given. If the document says deliver your tender by hand, do it, if it says no more than 5 pages don’t write 6. Put yourself in the shoes of the person who may be asked to do the initial filtering of maybe 100 proposals – this person may know very little about the required services but they’ll find it very easy to remove your proposal from the pile if you’ve failed to include a required policy or set your document out in the wrong order.

Health and Safety Policy
Equality and Diversity Policy
Financial information e.g. 3 years accounts
Professional indemnity and/or public liability insurance details
Equal Opportunities Policy

You don’t necessarily need a long winded document for these, something appropriate to the size of your company and the work you’ll be doing should be fine. There are numerous websites that sell policy documents that you can base your on, or you can search the web for other peoples to give you an idea what to include.

Business / Preparring A Bid Document by digitali(m): 11:37am On Dec 07, 2015
What do I need to know before I start?

Every bid solicitation is unique, so read it very carefully.

If you have questions, follow the process specified in the bid solicitations. To ensure the integrity of the competitive bidding process, enquiries and other communications regarding the solicitation must be directed only to the contracting officer identified in the solicitation, not to the client department or other government officials. Generally, you will be asked to submit your questions in writing. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in your bid being declared non-responsive.

Do not make any assumptions about what is required. If you need clarification or think you have found an error, let the contracting officer know as soon as possible. The bid must be evaluated against the criteria as they are written so changes cannot be made by the contracting officer after bid closing date.

The buyer will compile all questions and answers and issue an amendment to the solicitation document (if the opportunity was published on the Tenders minisite, the amendment will be published there). This ensures that all bidders have the same information. Pay attention to the timelines specified in the solicitation document, as questions may need to be received before a certain deadline.

If you think the deadline is unreasonable, call the contracting officer and see if the closing date can be extended. If you do this early in the process, it may be possible. However, it is not possible to extend the date within three working days of the bid closing, as it may be too late to notify bidders who may have already sent in their bid.

How do I prepare my bid?

The solicitation document will explain to you exactly how to lay out your bid and how it will be evaluated. Make sure you follow the instructions provided and address each and every point completely. You may be asked to provide your bid in various separately bound sections such as: a technical section, management section, financial section and certifications, if required.

Carefully review and make sure you understand the clauses, general conditions and standard instructions. These are normally included in each solicitation document in “full text” or by “reference”. Refer to the Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions (SACC) Manual.

Before you start writing, figure out which criteria are mandatory, that is the “must haves”. Mandatory criteria are usually evaluated on a simple pass/fail basis. If your bid fails to meet any of the mandatory criteria, such as a surety bond, it will be considered non-responsive.

NOTE: A surety bond is issued by an insurance company who assures that the enterprise performing the work can do it. When a surety bond is required, you must include in your solicitation document a list of acceptable bonding companies together with the applicable surety bond form.

Acceptable bonding companies, Treasury Board Contracting Policy, Appendix L
Surety bond forms, Chapter 4, Section 4.50.1 of the Supply Manual
Ensure that you fill out all the certifications requested, such as “Education and Experience” or the “Federal Contractors Program”. Depending on the size of your business you will be required to certify, by filling out the Agreement to Implement Employment Equity form, that you have made a formal commitment to implement employment equity in order to bid for some federal government contracts.

Ensure that you submit the certifications by the time and date specified in the solicitation document (some may be submitted later than the stated bid closing date but be sure to verify).

Ensure that you bid meets the conditions to bid, such as submitting it on time. This is especially important since only responsive bids will be evaluated, regardless of the quality of the document.

Security clearance requirements

A security clearance is necessary when your personnel, under contract, will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive federal work sites. If this is the case, the contracting officer or project manager may, through their directorate/department’s security office (as required), complete a request for registration that will propose a security clearance for your business and your personnel. The solicitation document will specify what level of security clearance your business will need. Obtaining a security clearance can be a lengthy process; therefore, if the bid solicitation you are interested in requires a security clearance and you do not have one, speak to the contracting officer as soon as possible to get the process started.

For more information about security clearance, visit the Industrial Security Program Web site, or call the Call Centre at 1-866-368-4646, or send an email at: ssi-iss@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.

Technical section

This is where you usually provide the most details. It is your chance to show the evaluation team that you understand the requirements. Use your own words to describe what and how you would do the work if you were awarded the contract.

Start with a short introduction that includes an evaluation of the current situation and the need for the project, the objectives of the proposed work, the reasons for carrying it out as proposed and the benefits that will be derived.

Indicate and substantiate the work plan, methodology and techniques that you are proposing. Discuss feasibility, the degree of success expected, identify any problems anticipated and contingency plans in the event that problems arise.

Identify specific tasks and deliverables and the schedule for completion or delivery. Provide information about how many people you will assign to the various tasks, their levels (give their title, not salary) and how many hours or days they will be assigned to the tasks. Do not include any pricing information in this section. (Note: this may or may not be a requirement of every solicitation.)

Ensure that you satisfy all requirements, and clearly detail how you meet each and every one of them.

If you would like to propose an alternate solution, you should respond to the specific request made in the solicitation document first. Do no offer it as a substitute for what is being requested or your bid could be considered non-responsive. If you still would like to offer an alternative solution, submit it as a separate bid along with your main bid.

Management section

Introduce your team and demonstrate how they meet the required qualifications. Include any corroborating information required, such as resumes.

If you will be subcontracting part of the work, the same information should be provided for each subcontractor.

Do not assume contracting officers know your organization and skills because you have dealt with them before. Each bid is evaluated solely on its content and members of the evaluation team are prohibited from using prior knowledge to award points or meet mandatory criteria.

Financial section

Provide a detailed breakdown of the quoted price in terms of its cost elements. The solicitation document will tell you what cost items will be considered in the financial evaluation. No other costs will be considered. Prices must appear in the financial bid only.
