The truth is, when you are from a failed state like ours, positions like this becomes a given. Citizens of saner states will not even think of this happening, talk less of accepting it when it happens.

It is such a pity. I hope one day these abnormalities which we consciously and/or unconsciously embrace will be a thing of the past.

NCS is a government institution, they owe applicants everything. Applicants should feel entitled, at least, to know the stage the recruitment process is and have a timescale for the conclusion of same. Unfortunately, we are in a state where we are not entitled to even the most basic of all things. How can we be entitled to this?

Somehow, we have managed to adopt the, "they owe us nothing syndrome". It is a pitiable situation, one that we hope to talk about in the past and not present in the future.

Like, remember when government institutions used to keep applicants waiting for over 2 years

I've called one of us today who based at Kano State opposite custom college, i told him what I heard about training college then he said he don't anything about it but he will visit the place today and confirm, when he went there and confirm everything then he text me on Whatsapp around 6:34pm he told me what I heard isn't true, custom training college Kano isn't under construction the college is complete and waiting for the recruitment officer's, as he told me the woman's that will cook us during the training they're at college right now taking some training, he said the list will be out this month but he don't know the actual date.

So please those that are saying custom college Kano is under construction isn't true.

All these delay is geared towards 2023. The list would come out next year so that it can be used for campaign for the next election. Look at the pattern. List is released every 3-4months, March/April,July/August the next one would be November/December. we shouldn’t expect anything in these two months. Let’s brace up for next year
