Jobs/VacanciesRe: Questions Asked At Zenith Bank Interview by Diligent1(f): 12:06pm On Oct 06, 2021
Olutola88:
Was the applicant scheduled for interview or chat. Zenith Bank always organizes pre-interview( they call it “chat”) for applicants and those that perform well will be sent aptitude test invite. Applicants successful in the test will then be invited for interview.

To your question; they don't have any unique interview style. Their interview is not far from the conventional ones.

Let us meet you

Why Zenith Bank?

Why should we hire you?

Your strengths and weakness.

They don't really ask behavioral questions like:
Tell me about a time you led a group

Tell me about a time you needed to make a decision with limited information

Tell me about a time you had to pick from different possible solutions to solve a problem

Tell me about a time you had to compromise your standards to satisfy your superior

Tell me about a time your opinion was rejected in a team

Tell me about a time you were innovative

Tell me about a time you were not impressed with your performance

Tell me about a time you had a Lazy, stubborn and controversial teammate etc

Other common interview questions are:

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Why Should we NOT hire you?

I have interviewed many smart and employable applicants today, why do you think it will be better I hire you before considering them?

Why Banking? Why Marketing? Why Audit? Why Tax?

If the interviewer sees that you are a high flier, He or she might decide to ask you about a time you were a follower or the least person in a team.

I'm tired of typing jare. Na money I dey find *lmao*
You are current. brother, can I forward my CV to you may be you can connect me?

You need to have an aggressive confrontation with the school authority for sending out your ward out of class for not having a text book, which is what necessitated the loan. It is wrong in all ramifications and would have been worse if the loan wasn't paid as at when due
Thank you very much, my daughter told that it was the English teacher that sent her out of the compound. I went to meet the VP, he told me that they don't joke with a child not to have textbook in their school.

I think the president should resign, since he cannot find solutions to the challenges the country is facing. His government is the worst of all since 1960.
You closed border and told people to go into farming, people went into farming and your people are killing the farmers you cannot do anything to stop them, instead they will still post the different kind of weapons they have.
2023 is still far, please resign now you cannot run this country.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: Married People With Children Earning Below 30k, How Do You Survive? by Diligent1(f): 10:50am On Sep 15, 2021
As a graduate, I am earning N30,000 monthly. I resume 8am and close 7pm from Monday to Saturday and no public holidays. If you come 2 minutes past 8am N500 will be deducted and no over time payment I have children. When I went to my children school on Monday to collect the bill, I started having headache.
I was not happy at all, if anybody laugh around me, I will be like why is this person laughing not was funny to me at all.
Well, with God all things are possible.
