it really blows to lose the way we we did. I think Carzola didn't have a very good game and that seriously affected our attack. Gibbs and Jenkinson had a very fine outing and I can only imagine how bad they will feel about losing a game where they did almost everything right. The culprits were Vermalen and Koscielny - Vermealen for needless tackles that resulted in the freekicks through which Chelsea scored and Kos for just not being the Kos we know.
Ultimately, its the result that count but we clearly had the game in our hands all 90 minutes.
I'll rather podolski stay longer in each game than Gervinho.

The not too good news first
Seems RM changed their minds at the last minute to send Sahin to Pool. It was as close as having a medical and photoshoot ready for him as at monday the 20th of August (hence my arrogance). Arsenal was only willing to include a buy out clause in single digits. My take on it overall is that RM prefered Liverpool to Arsenal and only used the money issue to dissuade us.

Another not too good vibe from our camp is that Walcott MAY yet still leave this season. Contract talks ongoing "as we speak". Updates later. Theo has revealed he loves it at Arsenal but after the RVP story, I can't trust anymore
