my take is: go for trial, if they want to sign you, you can decide that you want $1M per week if you want.

Higuain's goal/shot ratio is relatively high compared with ANY player's. I don't think it matters how many shots per game - the individual conversion rate of Higuain is what we are talking about here - a factor that is independent of who he is teammates are at any point.

We use Podolski as a winger and Giroud's quality is not comparable to Higuain's. So there is a big difference

do you mean the quality of team players he had assisting him to these impressive stats? If yes, I think he will get even better support at Arsenal if he is our main goal machine with the likes of Santi, Arteta, Walcott and Chamberlain providing assists. He did so well in the midst of so much competition for the striker role at Madrid and except he becomes lazy ala Arshavin, he will comfortably bag in 25 epl goals for us.

If we do sign Higuain as is expected right now, we would have surely replaced RvP. For 22M Pounds I think this will be a real coup as Higuain is still 25 and is truly world class. Arsenal's team in the just concluded season was a very good team (IMO as good as Manure's minus the RvP factor) and a more clinical striker would have taken our quality to the league champion level.
