I hardly judge issues based on sheer unsubstantiated arguments so believe me on this. I have read almost all books, essays and articles by both authors, but to propose that Chimamanda is a better writer is an abominable debasement of the African literature. However, that is not to say that Chimamanda is not excellent, and of course, she still has the room to grow. She may eventually die as a better writer than Achebe ziggymelosky: |

This question has been on my mind for some time now. On getting one's first job, it is believed by some people (especially the yoruba culture) that your first salary should go to your parents for them to bless you. On the other hand, when u get to church, we are told to "honour God with the first fruits of our increase"...this invariably means our first salary should go to the church and that it is a wayof letting God be involved in our career. Which belief should one adopt? |

I'm not maniacally bewildered that the even the young adherents of islam have started exhibiting their natural animalistic platitude of violence. What is the definition of uniform? It won't be a fallacy to say that their protest has been encouraged by the giantomaias and the high priests of the religion.
