First when the vehicle had an accident and was sold with pictures uploaded December 4th, 2018
Second when the vehicle had been fixed up and was uploaded for sale again on May 8th, 2019.

If the title had been reissued as clean for this second sale, then I see no foul play here.

Fasting blood sugar level,as it literarily means is that you should have been "fasting",about 8hrs at least.
The only reason why it's usually done in the early morning is because it's more convenient and easier for people to not have eaten after dinner at night.
If u do same 8 hours fasting during any time of the day,it still is ok to be measured.
Secondly,even if you eat and do the test,say immediately or say 2hours after,your sugar test can still be done.The only difference is that a different,higher range,of values,will then be used to gauge if your sugar level is still within normal range.
Finally 98mg/dl,even if it's fasting,is still within normal range,don't allow anyone scare you.

Over a couple of months I have lost so much body weight. It has been a gradual process since school resumed but it peaked during my examination period. Another thing I noticed is that my thirst increased and my need to urinate also did. I am in my final year so and I am under pressure of graduating with a 2.1 from skool so I have been under so much pressure.
I went to do a blood fasting sugar test after taking my previous meal at about 7:30pm and taking the test buy 9am the next day. The result showed 98mg/mL and I read that anything above 100 means I am prediabetic. I am just 24 and I am a bit worried about this.

The ideal time to visit the Lab for your fasting sugar blood test is before 8am. At 9am you were already late, very late, the Lab scientist should have explained the timing to you.

I advise that you redo the fasting sugar blood test again. This time, no water or food should be taken beyond 8:00pm and on the following day, visit the Lab before 8:00am to give samples of your blood for the fasting sugar blood test.
