Good that you have identified the cause of anxiety in you. Take appropriate steps to solve your case of underachievement. Learn a new skill, enrol for some online free courses, make yourself available for volunteer work and pursue your passion. Avoid alcohol during these period.

Good sex will also help you sleep better.
