nellystrong7: My advise to you is to go along with all your original documents. For some years now, there is a negative perception western nations have about Nigerians. For sure you may be asked questions. Some years back, I was delayed at Franz Josef Strauss International Airport Munich. The police officer that was supposed to stamp my entry date on my passport booklet said there was discrepancies in the picture in my visa page. He asked me if I used an agency to secure the visa, he requested for my admission & enrollment documents. He asked me to provide the document that was given to me at the embassy the day I went for interview that showed the amount I paid as visa processing fee. I was held for about 3hours at the port of entry and after deliberations with his colleagues and senior, my passport booklet was stamped. He asked if I have secured a place to stay and I showed him the room that was secured for me by a friend. In conclusion, it is routine to ask questions by the police at the port of entry. Best of luck in your endeavours! Ijeshalomo: It is always a smooth procedure. However, it depends on the immigration officer handling your check-in. Just have your sch admission / Immatrikulation document with other proofs of your study in your back pack Thanks guys, would get all documents ready, by the way, what's an Immatrikulation document? |

Hi guys, I would be traveling to Hamburg to study and I would like to know if the process at the airport point of entry is similar to that of the UK. Are you asked to show documents at the airport? are there questions asked etc or do you just show the visa on your passport? |
Investment › Have You Ever Fallen Victim To An Investment Scam On Nairaland? by DisawayDataway(op): 9:44am On Mar 25, 2021 |
Hi guys, I was just thinking of there are others like myself who have fallen victim to online scams on nairaland. I fell victim to a hyip / bitcoin investment scam from a certain user called industrialchemi, I know I wasn't alone because back then there was news about how certain nairaland members almost contemplated bringing a permanent end to their pain because of the magnitude of the scam perpetrated by the user industrialchemi, I can't seem to find the original thread now as I believe the mods probably deleted it but I know there are still some of us who fell victim to that scam and are still very much here on nairaland. I would like to hear from you guys, were you a victim of industrialchemi's scam or any other scam here on nairaland? |

Hey house, I need your advise. I registered for the National open university in 2019 and I did my first semester 100L exams, however due to certain circumstances regarding errors in my change of study center, I was unable to do the second semester 100L exams, however now I am looking to start from where I stopped, I would like to know if this is possible? If yes, how do I go about it. |

tunlex01: Journalist and TV journalist are all level 1 occupations which means your degree from ABU will not be able to assess for those occupations. If there is any level 2 occupation or below that you can assess relating to journalism, then you can go for it. Check the 3 occupation lists.
Your spouse can assess for a safety role with his BTech cos it's a 5 year course. Pls check the list to see the right safety occupation to assess as long as there are documents to back up the 10 years employment.
What are you doing with EA? Hi bro please check your dm |
