https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlOjm-qNd8w Police dehumanize lady who they met at the home of a suspected armed robber and kidnapper in Ibadan, Oyo state. Apparently the officers had gone to the home of a suspected kidnapper and armed robber to arrest him and there they met the lady. . One of them decided to humiliate her by filming her as he asked her very dehumanizing questions like if she was a virgin and who she lost her virginity to. The officer went on to mock her that it is her greed that has landed her in trouble. He said if he was the one who approached her, she wouldn't have agreed to date him because he wasn't rich.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HiOcB8ygaTo A researcher, Kolawole Johnson has alleged that some officials of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) paid monies meant for students under scholarship into their personal accounts. Kolawole who is the Head of Research at the Act for Positive Transformation Initiative (APTI), made the claim on Friday when he appeared before the House of Representatives Committee on the NDDC. According to him, he found out about this through thorough investigation and alleged that the Commission’s Executive Director of Project, Dr Cairo Ojougboh and Managing Director, Professor Kemebradikumo Pondei were among officials who diverted the scholarship monies into their private accounts “They (students) kept crying that their dues are not being paid and they are being locked out by their schools,” the researcher stated. He claimed that while the students were complaining of the non-payment of the scholarship monies, “the NDDC team were busy paying themselves monies meant for students.” Mr Kolawole explained that some of the beneficiaries of the commission’s scholarship scheme have reached out to and challenged him on social media to help them tell Nigerians about their plight. He, therefore, called on the Federal Government to come to the aid of the students “as fast as possible, even if it means bending the rules.” Joy Nunieh the former acting managing director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), has finally appeared before the House of Reps Committee on NDDC, saying she did not touch funds meant for the Niger Delta people. “They (students) kept crying that their dues are not being paid and they are being locked out by their schools,” the researcher stated. He, therefore, called on the Federal Government to come to the aid of the students “as fast as possible, even if it means bending the rules.” Ms. Nunieh was billed to appear before the committee on Thursday but her house was besieged by some security agents, hindering her from making a physical appearance. The former NDDC MD, however, finally made her appearance midday on Friday, addressing the Committee via Zoom. Speaking at the hearing, Ms. Nunieh told the lawmakers that the siege on her residence was an attempt to prevent her from testifying before the panel. Debunking allegations of fraud and attempts to filibuster the Commission, Nunieh said she did not touch funds meant for the Niger Delta People. The House of Representatives is carrying out an investigation into alleged mismanagement of funds by the current interim management committee (IMC) of the NDDC. According to allegations, the interim management of the NDDC has mishandled about N40billion.
