A deposition under oath is not a letter, infact it gives clearer view to anyone's sworn statement, which the Judge is trying to create technicality for.

If your written statement is yes and during cross examination your yes turns no, then you're not saying the truth.

It is akin to APGA trying to review a Supreme Court decision. The Court has a maximum 60 days to sit on same but it's already 3 years.

Did Tinubu not say some time ago that many of his academic certificates/documents were stolen when Abacha raided his home during NADECO?.
