Asari Dokubor's flaunting of banned weapons but still not arrested is like a sword of Damocles hanging on the neck of Nigeria.
When others start to flaunt their own weapons in the open, Nigeria armed forces cannot contain them.
There are nearly 150 million adult Nigerians compared to about 500000 personnel of Nigeria's armed forces.

But did your Party get the required Votes in North -West and North-East of Nigeria? What was the total votes received by your party in that Regions?

Proving 25% in Abuja is like asking the Sage' Chief Awolowo to prove 12-2/3 then! Was UPN widespread in that elections No! But we can discuss and accommodate our Differences!
I'm not an APC nor any Party but let the Truth prevail and don't be blindfolded by Politicians shenanigans and unnecessary uprobrium - for these Politicians are the same- they eat together,drink together and socialised together! They even marry themselves and think less of the happless talakwass- the Masses!
Let all Nigerians demand from ALL POLITICIANS - good governance ,Not Bogus Contracts but Performance and let the Masses be Vigilant and reminding them,where they failed that they will soon come for their Votes!

We all demand good governance from whoever is in charge but the law of the land - the constitution - has to be adhered to before good governance can be.
Even a law school sophomore can tell you why the framers of that constitution required a presidential candidate to win 25% of votes in Abuja capital territory before declared winner.
It's because the president doubles as governor of Abuja capital territory. Nobody can govern a state he/she is not welcome by the inhabitants of the state.
The northeast and northwest zones you cited are not Abuja the federal capital territory.

Right. It's no point moving into residence in a locality where up to 25% of the residents did not welcome you through votes.
The constitution of Nigeria made it very clear that Abuja federal capital territory is governed by the president, who must win 25% of votes of Abuja residents before declared winner.
No excuse of coma or semicolon in the words of the constitution.
It implies that even if a presidential candidate wins in all the 36 states but failed to win 25% of votes of Abuja residents, the presidential candidate is not elected.

Truth is that no saner Nigerian will protest the day the court removes Bola Tinubu who didn't win presidential election.
Anarchy was averted when Peter Obi told his supporters to not move to the streets for protest after the Feb 25th presidential election heist.
Atiku group made a little move for protest but made a tactical withdrawal.
These must have made Tinubu believe that Nigerians had accepted the election heist in faith. How could Nigerians have voted APC to continue after the party made Nigeria become the poverty capital of the world in 8 years; and in one and half months, Tinubu has practically worsened the poverty in the country?

Daily Post knows that Simon Ekpa is not agitating for Biafra to be restored.
Nigeria government knows that Ekpa is being sponsored by enemies of Biafra agitation.
Nigeria government knows that if Nnamdi Kalu is released, Ekpa will no longer have excuse for ordering sit at home in the east.

Good idea. If for no other reason, the governor of the Eastern heartland who uses violence to make voters in his state to stay indoors on election day and writes election results for himself, shall be out. That particular state has become a Hobesian state.

For anyone who understands English language to a decent level, has read the relevant sections for the electoral act 2022 and has not decided not to lie to themselves, deep down such people know the truth about the injustice that happened at the last presidential elections.

If Olanipekun et al lose this case, which it seems likely they will to those not in denial, it will be largely due to the fact that there is almost nothing tangible to defend INEC, Tinubu and APC with.

INEC itself practically nullified the presidential election it conducted when INEC wittingly or unwittingly declared that it had a COMPUTER GLITCH during the upload of the results of the presidential election.
INEC should have no business resorting to manual collation of votes which is ILLEGAL considering the fact that the ELECTORAL ACT of 2022 was purposely made to throw away manual collation of votes which had proven to be easily manipulated. No country of reasonable people can have a president thrown up via a computer glitch.

No. But because the president also acts as governor of Abuja, that's why the Constitution made it mandatory for a president to score 25% of votes in Abuja capital territory before declared winner of a presidential election.
A presidential candidate can win all the 36 states, but if he fails to win 25% of votes in Abuja capital territory, he cannot be declared winner of a presidential election.
The constitution is not ambiguous on that.

This US judgement unfortunately wasn't registered in Nigeria and even if so, the fact that BAT got the US embassy to say he wasn't under any investigation was a smart move ahead of time. He claimed he helped them transfer funds home to Nigeria and didn't know the origin of those funds. Unfortunately, he was able to hide under the law.

I just feel bad LP weren't able to prove this case very well.

If an ex convict served out his conviction, he has no more business being listed as under investigation.
How did you expect the US embassy in Nigeria to write that Tinubu is under investigation in the US?

Two facts: it's very easy for Nigeria's government to stop Simon Ekpa..
2 Ekpa hides on request for release of Mazi Nnamdi Kalu to receive money from sponsors to order his sit at home; releasing Kalu will deprive Ekpa any justification to order sit at home in Igbo land.
Common sense.
Unless Nigeria's government is not ready to come clean from sponsoring miscreants to enforce sit at home in Igbo land.

Abeg, let there be no gunmen in Ogun and Lagos.

When will WAEC verify the O'Level Certificate submitted by Tinubu to INEC? Tinubu's Chicago University Certificate obtained from a female student of Chicago State University has remained unconfirmed.
